Culver's

I don't like posting anything other than positive reviews, but Culver's came highly recommended. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger basket. The burger meat wasn't hot, the cheese didn't melt (cheddar) and the bun was smashed flat. About half way through I took the meat out by itself and found it to be very tasty if not warm. The bun was smashed down to about 1/4" thick and was no longer fluffy. If I wasn't on a lunch break from work I would've brought it to someone's attention, but I had to get back. The fries were very good and the Culver's Rootbeer was awesome! I might go back some time later and see if it comes out better.

Completely disappointed!! Went to Culver's because no matter which 1 we go to, we've always had great food & service, unfortunately that streak ended last night. Went to grab dinner after our daughter's Soccer game, she wanted a burger w/ the works. I could've saved half the money & went to McDonald's & gotten the same thing. It was a sad looking burger...no lettuce, no tomato, barely ketchup & you can't call that adding mustard, mushed together. My Chicken sandwich had no mayo on it. While waiting for our food, to go, the 1 girl literally stood behind the counter as food was coming up, people watching I guess. Very disappointed in our experience

Culver's has truly taken the lead in FRESH fast food. We had one small problem, but generally service and food are the same at various Culver's restaurants between Nebraska and Wisconsin. I appreciate the LACK of technology. Soft hamburger buns and delicious French fries that always taste like they were cooked in fresh cooking oil. Keep up the great work and thank you to everyone! It was the best fast food meal we had while visiting the area.

Usually this restaurant is quick and efficient but unfortunately today that streak ended. We waited for over 40 minutes to get our food in the drive thru. When our order finally arrived it was missing a fry that was clearly listed on the recipe. I'm not sure if it was a fluke night but hopefully future visits will be better.

This used to be a really good one For the past 6 months or so it's really gone downhill. Food isn't fresh and the order is wrong. Every.Single.Time I have to have it corrected while there or if I forget to check it have to go back. Just today I ordered a small fry. Order of curds and order of onion rings..that was the whole order. Didn't check it because who could mess that up right? Nope Got home ..no curds. 2 orders of French fries n onion rings

Very poor experience at this restaurant. Needed to have an order remade which is understandable that things happen due to miscommunication. The issue was the rude treatment received when the error was expressed. Then we were going to be charged twice for the same product to fix the error before the crew member involved a manager. Normally customer service involves serving your customer with a smile even when mistakes are made. Please do not go here. Highly disappointed with this Culver's. Make the extra trip to a different one. It will be worth the wait.

Food was great as usual. But as we were trying to order inside this huge banging kept happening continued throughout the time we were in there. Then some guy was yelling "AGAIN, AGAIN " it was rude annoying and I felt bad for the workers the girl taking our order was trying so hard being so sweet wishing us a Happy Memorial Day.
