Took my grandfather here for Father's day dinner. The service and staff were amazing. We got seated right away. I ordered the spaghetti with meatballs and it came with a salad which came out right away. The food was delicious and our server was great too. Love this place and looking forward to my next visit again.

We did not expect to roll in at dinner hour on a Friday night and be in and out in 40 min. That's not to say that we were rushed, but rather than service was prompt and very attentive. The whole staff was great, but I wanted to single out Aaron for his amazing and friendly service. Food and drinks were wonderful, atmosphere terrific. We'll definitely stop by next time we're in Columbus.

We use Milano's to cater the annual Christmas Dinner at Living Hope Church in Pataskala almost every year. They always do a wonderful job. The food is delicious. The Chicken Parmesan was so perfectly prepared and the fettuccine Alfredo and salad were delicious! The dressing for the salad and the bread tasted homemade. We highly recommend families to dine here for a yummy lunch or dinner but also for all your large catering needs. We will continue to be loyal happy customers!! Milano's Italian restaurant is great. In addition, I order Milano's catering every year for my holiday party. The food and service are excellent. Their chicken parm is always a crowd favorite. Overall, I have been pleased with their catering and will continue to order from them for some great Italian food.

The food was superb! Service was on point. The atmosphere left a little to be desired. I feel as if that was due to the location. A self standing building with more room would better serve the fabulous taste and do better for the atmosphere. Please don't let this discount the experience. Overall it is a great restaurant!😋
