Black Point

I really enjoyed the atmosphere in this restaurant while I was there, I was with a rather large party of about 25 people and I think they handled everyone's order in a quicktime and the customer service provided by our waiter (Jeff) was terrific. About half of us ordered fish and the other half ordered "The Burger". I understand in rushes like that it's hard to keep track of meat preparations especially when they all were medium well or well done. However I don't believe the burgers me and another one of my party members received would even be considered "rare". They seemed just above "cooked" (if even) and made me not finish mine and my other party member who had a slightly more cooked burger have a stomach upset. But I don't think this is completely the restaurants fault as i'm sure if I asked about it they would have resolved it. The rest of the food was great (the roll and bacon steak appetizer were terrific). Just slightly upset with the burger but other then that great!

This place is AMAZING... We celebrated Our wedding anniversary here and we were not disappointed. From the valet out front to the coat service, down to the dessert it was phenomenal. We had the 22 oz bone in ribeye, 5oz lobster with Brussel sprouts and crab mash... Lord have mercy... And the butter was perfect . This is definitely a get what you pay for place but it's worth every penny. They are up there with some of the best steakhouse and they should offer a signature steak knife. Thanks again for making this a night to cherish. The Rattler's....

Went for happy hour and was very pleased! I had the goat cheese croquettes, the tempura shrimp roll and the Kingfisher cocktail. All were AMAZING, and very fresh. The sushi roll was much bigger than I was expecting, which is always a plus. My bartender Abigail was super personable and makes drinks to perfection. The rest of the staff was very friendly and welcoming as well. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Columbus!

The Lobster Bisque was creamy and perfect. The Caesar Salad was good, as well, with a snappy dressing. The 15 oz. New York Strip was cooked to perfection, topped with Maitre’d Butter. It didn’t have an overpowering flavor, but just the right amount of seasoning and smokiness. The Loaded Hash Browns were also a hit. The wagyu tallow, cheese and sour cream made for unforgettable flavor. All of the waitstaff were friendly and our server, Jillian, was good-humored and professional. We hope to return! :)

Excellent upscale steakhouse where we had dinner with my in-laws. They have several private rooms decorated with walls of wine to choose from. Came here for restaurant week and the portions were perfect. The chocolate flourless cake was so rich no one could finish there portion and the service packed it up for us. Staff was excellent and trained well. We will be coming back here.

Great atmosphere and excellent service. So here's the thing. They messed up. Something happened and it took almost two hours for our food to arrive. Mind you when it did it was cooked perfectly but still it took a long time. That being said they did everything right to fix it! The manager came out, explained the mistake and took care of the situation perfectly. Needless to say I'll be back there again! Well done Black Point! You showed me how customer service is done right.
