Taco Bell

No signs posted, no warning of a lack of ingredients, no mention of it when they handed it off… here’s our tacos, potatoes and cheese in a folded cold wrap. The order was wrong twice and the wait was weirdly long for the little amount of food we ordered. Because the order was wrong the window clerk took the receipt and wanted to recharge for what we ordered, realized we’d paid correctly then threw it away, I didn’t have the original to share here. The receipt posted is what was in the bag. This Taco Bell is less than five minutes from not one but two grocery stores and could have had everything they needed in stock to make orders. It’s false advertising not to post they are out of stock, dishonest not to tell the consumer and to charge full price for half the product and it left us frothing as we realized this going down the highway. On top of this the window clerk was having a bad day and seen us as the convenient dog to kick, rude and unprofessional. 0 stars for businesses operating like this, even if it is “fast” food.

Two stars is being generous!! They messed up my order. The gap at the window told me I was gonna get her fired for returning my order on foot thru drive thru. There was a line all the way around the building. She took an order and served it out before taking another order!! The worst FAST FOOD experience!! They really dropped the ball with this!!

there was some confusion about what I was ordering. I was looking at the menu board saying exactly what was in it and the person taking my order kept calling it something else. I ordered a cravings box but she kept calling it a cheddar box, which was also on the menu. I ended up with part of each, the food was good even though there was confusion.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, EAT SOMEPLACE ELSE!!! This place is a joke.....Anytime I have came to this taco bell, its always been something Wrong or there completely OUT OF Something or they have messed my order up or just about EVERY TIME, Its so SLOPPY & YOU GET THE BARE MINIMUM, OF MEAT & CHEESE THAT I'V EVER SEEN A TACO MADE WITH... LITERALLY ITS NOMORE THEN a Tablespoon of Hamburger meat and LITERALLY a PENCH of CHEESE on a soft Taco...Its like 2 bites & that's all....And since when does Taco bell RUN OUT OF ""NACHO CHEESE""? YES U READ THAT RIGHT....I ordered a Nacho bell Grande & 4 soft Tacos & get to the window, the worker tells me that "" They r out of Nacho CHEESE"" ????? HOW Does Taco bell RUN OUT of NACHO CHEESE???? IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE??? APPARENTLY SO.... SO NOT ONLY IS EVERYTHING I JUST SAID WRONG WITH THIS PLACE AT THIS LOCATION BUT APPARENTLY THEY NEED SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO DO INVENTORY WORKING THERE WHEN THEY ORDER THERE FOOD & SUPPLIES FOR THE WEEK...... THIS PLACE HAS REALLY WENT TO HELL, BEEN LIKE THAT FOR OVER A YEAR NOW.....
