All McDonalds should realistically be the same quality, however, this is never the case. This particular McDonalds during this visit provided a very hot and fresh double quarter pounder which is the most underrated fast food burger.

At least when I’ve come through the order has been accurate, however the lady that I assume is the manager will hand you your order without even looking at you or speaking to you. As a manager of an establishment, not even looking or speaking to your customers is a bad move. No way to set an example.

waited 10+ minutes in line for fresh fries and they gave me this, they aren’t the worst fries in the world but for a 10 minute wait and the fact that they we’re not even fresh fries for the wait was the more annoying part of it. I constantly come here and have problems with service and issues like this. this isn’t the food chains fault it’s the employees and lack of effort put into any of the work.

Extremely disappointed time and time again. I’m not super picky but I do prefer my nuggets a certain way, well done. I always try to be super nice and I’ve never complained but it keeps happening. Every time I order them well done I get them “cooked to order”. I clarify with each employee that they will be well done not just fresh and they always tell me they don’t have a well done button but they will be double cooked. Tonight I tried calling 5 times and couldn’t get ahold of anyone, I was on my way to work and didn’t have enough time to return to have them remake it. Too many times have I ignored it and This ONE time I wanted it corrected. Sad that they can’t even be bothered to answer the phone.

Wish I could’ve given ZERO stars!!
Ordered over $5 of stuff we didn’t get.
It was a special treat for my kids then they were upset their happy meals didn’t have as many nuggets as we ordered. Order of fries also not given. Called and manager who could barely speak properly said we would have to go back with a receipt to get what they didn’t give us. Told him our food would be cold by the time we got back to eat it so asked if they could remake it all and he said no and that’s all he could do. Not my problem that his employees can’t count or read to get an order correct. Lived in this town my whole life and this is the absolute worse this place has ever been! So unfortunate!

Got my order completely wrong.. Didn't accept my mobile order but took the order in the drive thru..handed my phone to the cashier with the order on the screen and messed the whole order up.. 3 triple cheeseburgers w/only lettuce and mac sauce became 3 cheeseburgers from under the lamp(cold)..quarter pounder with cheese,nothing else became another heat lamp special..My coworkers and I have bad experiences here trying to get lunch at 10 pm

I asked for a large caramel mocha. At first they didnt know what it was. I explained how to make it. I get up to the window and I watch the young man push in 2 caramel pumps. No chocolate. Then when i question him he lies to me about it. I called the store told them to retrain their employees. You want 15.00 an hour? Its ridiculous you cant get an order right. The rest of my food was ok. Fries luke warm. Wont be going back to the Columbia location again.

I give them a 3 because my order was 334 and they called 335 before they called mine and all I had was a large fry. The issue with me was they did not have the correct Staffing on the amount of customers that they had inside of their dining room.
