Why this place is so busy I'll never know. My breakfast sandwich was cold, had 2 slices of half cooked bacon and a tiny piece of cheese. The hot chocolate wasn't that good and not full. This for $9.50?? I've had better for half that from a gas station.

Every Employee I've talked to are always really nice and chipper regardless of how busy they are. This location has a very short drive through so if you go in the morning during rush hour or in the evening during rush hour it's hard to no be in the middle of the sonic drive-in when waiting in line.

Really clean and cashier was very friendly and helpful with questions. They were very busy so our 3 drinks took 15 mins or so. Not upset just a very busy location.

Was fast service, but completely messed up my order. They refused to replace it and the cashier ignored me when I asked for napkins. Worst Starbucks I've been too.

Every time I come here it’s a low quality experience. Most of the time the employees ignore you because they’re too busy talking to each other or the drink is made poorly (not consistent with other Starbucks).

I asked for Oatmilk and was absolutely given a dairy-based milk. I am very sensitive to dairy and had a stomach ache for several hours.

Very polite and accommodating. I asked to add a cake pop onto my order at the window, they were awesome about it. My daughters first Starbucks experience. She loved it!

Hooooollyyy moolllyy! These people are slow as molasses! I’ve never waited as long as I do for Starbucks as I have at this location, almost 25 mins for a drink, what in the world! Unfortunately, this is the closest location to me. Seriously, TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER! For the love of Starbucks, PLEASE!
