Papa Johns Pizza

Great food and customer service, however, when I went to keep my food warm, a box caught fire and almost burned the rest of the boxes. Thankfully we were paying attention, although the apartment smells of burnt box now. This is more towards the corporate offices, rather than this branch which is great. Put warning labels on the boxes not to warm in oven or let us warm our pizza in an oven in the provided box, like other pizza places.

regular one of the guys who is making pizza dough his mouth cover did not cover his face as the health organization says for Covid-19. distancing if there is one. the boy forgets to put his mouth cover as required by the health law gentlemen it is a pandemic pandemic it is not a game look at the security cameras so you can see what I am talking about I am going to report it to the official website. sorry more caring for others is fine. thank you

A very unpleasant experience we had delivery.. one of the items was a papadia it had a topping that we did not order the pizza did not taste good or set well in my stomach...I called the manager right away after delivery and he acted like it wasn’t a big deal and very nonchalantly offered nothing so I had to ask myself if we can have the papadia remade and he acted like it was a problem when this order was for family dinner... bad and unprofessional experience I will never order from there location again very unfortunate because I like Papa John’s Pizza !

DO NOT DO DELIVERY! This is the second week in a row where delivery has taken approximately 2 hours! tonight, its been approx. 2 hours, no calls, no show, nothing! I am calling and they are not picking up their phone. This is NOT how you run a business, especially when the customer is paying. This is not a favor. At least communicate if things aren't going as planned >.<
