I didn't get the Young man's name so I am going off our receipt. I hope he's the one that gets credit for this post because he's probably one of the nicest employees we've ever had at this location. He actually used words like Please and Thank you! 😱
His name is Kaleb, I think he deserves a raise or credit for being such a good employee!! Our food was hot and out in a timely manner. Thank you Kaleb for being a gentleman and having such a positive attitude. 👏👏👏

I used to really like sonic, but I haven't eaten there in awhile due to health issues. I have eaten there 2 times in the last 2 weeks. I am boycotting them now. The supersonic burrito I got last week had absolutely no meat on it. None, zero, zip. And that new double cheese burger I just had was extremely gross. It tasted processed, like the cheap cheeseburgers I used to get with school lunches. It's bad enough to make me write a bad review for them.
This place has changed for the worse. Sorry sonic, you're not getting my money anymore until you improve your menu items and teach your employees how to make a burrito. I'll l eat my dogs dog food before I come back. I like your tater tots, but that's not enough to keep me coming.

I couldn't get a full receipt showing my total. The food was burnt. The jumbo chicken bites were to hard to enjoy.

Not only did we wait forever to receive our food in a short line. But the girl working was extremely unpleasant, so much so that the 5 year old in the backseat said, “she was rude, she must not have slept last night!” When I got home and found my coney dog inedible I was extremely frustrated. I found multiple fries within the chili sitting at the bottom and the hotdog was barely even cooked and the bun was hard. The other regular sized coney dog we ordered was just fine. Super disappointed!

Try to order something from their menu and they don't have them. Get told they haven't had in several years. Why is it on the menu. Frustrating. What is with not being able to pay at the drive in slot?

The staff is very kind. I left my card there once by accident and they ran out to get it to me as fast as possible before I drove away. Very grateful to that drive thru employee working Saturday 2/5 2022 in early evening - thank you 💖💖

He realized he made a mistake as he got to my car and quickly apologized and remade it and was so quick about it. Very friendly, not quite out the door in 4, but he made it made it up in customer service... Though I can't give him credit by name bc he didn't tell me what it was. 🤷🏽♀️ Overall a good experience.

I went to sonic on rangeline this evening and ordered 2 large onion rings, large mozzarella sticks and a corn dog. They burnt my 2 large onion rings and didn't give me my corn dog. I didn't realize till I had gotten home. I then tried to call (3x) and no one answered had to go to a different sonic
