I order drink drive tru and they would not change they mess up if im in drive tru that means i dont want to go inside for a reason no time and they wouldn’t even return my money or nothing

I ordered a venti pink drink with no ice. The manager there used the product and I guess he didn’t have enough to fill it all the way, so he used straight up water to fill up the rest. He gave me a guilty look, but I didn’t Notice anything until I was halfway back home. I didn’t go back and complain because I don’t like making scenes. However, I feel it is my responsibility to let others know the type of customer service you get here. Complete and utter TRASH.

I stop at this starbucks almost every time I go through columbia. I always have a horrible experienece! today they were out of peppermint, they got my drink wrong, and handled it ungracefully. one time they told me they were "out of coffee." all I wanted was a plain black cup of joe... I went to this one 3 or 4 times... I figured I'd give them a few chances. now i have this one saved on my maps to never go here again!
