Chipotle Mexican Grill

Fresh lettuce and guacamole at this location which is more than I can say for some Chipotles. Service was not super fast but they get the job done. They have a good mix on the coke machine. The music is a little loud and it doesn’t help when the workers come by and drag the chairs against the floor while they clean the tables. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

I opened my meal to find brown and smelly guac on top of my rice. This isn't the first time that I have had an issue with this store. I have had to drive back due to my order being wrong or poorly made at least 3 times now. I went back to the store to show them the disgusting meal. They refused to even look at it. I asked the cashier if that is something she'd eat and she replied "I don't like guac so-" I replied ,"Well, would you eat something that wasn't fresh?" She laughed and said there was nothing she could do and got the manager. l explained what happened and she was very dismissive and told me I could get a new one. my issue is I'm tired of getting home and my order is never right so I have to drive all the way back. Once the data shows how much money that store is losing due to refunding people and remaking orders, maybe staff will be held accountable.

So bummed. Waited over an hour for delivery, only to get the smallest burrito I've ever had from Chipotle. For as much money as a burrito cost, not to mention all the extra fees and charges for delivery, this is so disappointing. For $47 you can get two of these and large chips and queso. Never again.

This is one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, the store was an absolute mess. Trash everywhere, and employees were not very hygienic at all. I came into the store to order a burrito bowl with my fiancé and first they shirt us of the beans and meats. Then when I get home, to my surprise, it feels like it had been sitting in a refrigerator all day. The meat was cold and dry and the rice was cold and clumped up. It was absolutely disgusting, and I will never be eating here again. I ended up getting food poisoning later that night. This is unacceptable. You’ve got a bunch of teenagers out here running a store feeding people grotesque food that I would not even let my dog eat.

I had to ask for more of cheese, Sour cream, corn, I got small portions of the steak and the chicken. I asked for a lid, they could not walk over to the other area to get me a lid. My bowl was wrapped in Reynolds wrap. I did not get my receipt either. I doubt if I will buy Chipotle any more. I do not feel I got my $10.00 worth of food.

Honestly, I don’t normally leave reviews, but I’ve had countless problems with the staff at this location just not caring. We went today and the drive through guy was very rude and only filled our sodas half way. We got home and we weee missing half an entree and two orders of chips (should have checked before we left). They also didn’t put sour cream on ANY of our meals and our drinks were straight carbonation, the syrup was out. This location consistently provides bad service and is rude to customers. Had them shut the door in my face once 15 minutes BEFORE close. I think I’ll be finding a different chipotle to use. A bit of a drive is worth it for quality and good service.
