Taco Bell

The single best Taco Bell I have ever been in, no competition. The staff was friendly and happy, my food was perfect and came out fast (and was delicious 👌), the lobby and bathrooms were big, new, and clean, and then even had the order kiosks! I feel like I’ve stepped into an alternate reality, this looks like a completely different restaurant from the wide variety of slightly questionable Taco Bells I’ve been to in the past. My only regret is that I don’t live here so the only time I get to eat here is as I drive through, keep doing the lord’s work here y’all ❤️

I ordered a combo that was a nacho Supreme that came with a taco Supreme hard shell. I ordered a extra soft taco Supreme as well. Before I could get out the parking lot I opened the soft taco and and it literally fell through the paper. All over my clothes. The entire paper was so wet it's like it fell in water or something. So I turned around and took it back. The young lady was very polite and took it to the guy that made it. He was giving her attitude. But he eventually remade it. The young lady apologized as well. Food quality just isn't the same anymore. Too many people working at restaurants and they hate their job. This was once my favorite taco bell location. I won't be returning.

If you're heading down I-20 and you're trying to figure out which exit would be best for food options, don't choose this exit! There won't be many options and you may be forced to eat at this Taco Bell. Just in the 30 minutes or so we were there, 1) we saw the workers argue fairly loudly with somebody about whether he had paid for his order yet, 2) tell customers that they couldn't help them with the on-screen ordering (They didn't have a cashier taking orders, just a touch screen. Which normally wouldn't be a problem. But for some reason, people at this location couldn't figure it out?), and 3) lots of other bizarre behavior from people in and around the building. The food was on par with most Taco Bells, which is to say, "Not great, but edible."

The Store Manager need to do a better job with inventory. They're constantly running out of mandatory stuff and it's not the staffs fault. It's very embarrassing having to tell someone there's no ice or straws. Tonight they didn't have any cups above a small even though we paid for two larges. I was a manager at another fast food place and my store manager was constantly failing to keep up with inventory. It got us cussed out and we had a lot of angry customers which I'm sure happens here. They either need a new store manager or the store manager needs better training.

Everyone at this taco bell goes above and beyond with their customer service. Probably the best taco bell I've been to to date. Whoever was working there on Tuesday April 19 between 6pm and 8pm deserve raises. They were so kind and helpful when I was having issues with my payment. And instead of embarrassing me or getting impatient, they tried every single idea they could think of until my payment worked. And they did it all with a smile on their faces. I especially want to thank the gentleman at the register, the manager who came to help, and the smiley young lady who prepared my food. They all need raises!!!

I just had the worst Taco Bell experience of my life. The exchange went like this: Woman: "Welcome to Taco Bell. How would you like your order?" Me: "Quickly, preferably" A man working the register then yells at me for rushing them. After realizing he was yelling at me I apologized and explained it was a joke. The man then yells at me again that he doesn't play games or joke. If i could have i would have left, but i ordered a single burrito to not waste his time. I got my food as quick as possible and left and was yelled at again for "snatching" it from him

I ordered a chicken quesadilla. Simple, right? Wrong. No one was in line and I had to wait at front. It was not cut and they gave me the chipotle chicken quesadilla. No napkins, no receipt, not cut and it fell apart. Worst Taco Bell ever. Never coming back. I don’t know how they have a 3.5 rating. The previous reviews are just as bad. Do NOT waste your time going here. It is awful. Taco Bell needs to address this store and FIX it!
