Smokin Chick's Bbq

Excellent flavor.. I had a Brisket club with a whole lot of goodness! The selection of sauces was awesome.. I especially liked the Gold as it was very unique. The fries were also very good. All was cooked just the way it should be. The order taker was very nice and made the food selection for me as 8m from St Louis and had not been here. The place was clean and inviting for lunch and I'm glad we chose this place for lunch instead of a big box. Price was in line for the quality and amount of food I ate... I will return when back in town.

What great BBQ! The smoked wings topped with vairous sauces are amazing. I love the Buffalo smoked wings. Really interesting. That being said, my only complaint would be the quality of salads. Maybe silly at a BBQ joint, but I'd like something a little more exciting than romaine/iceberg and the basic toppings. Still, we love it and eat here all the time.

Great BBQ. I even smoke my own food and it’s hard sometimes to find bbq you like. Fries were delicious, as well as the Mac and cheese. Burnt ends were cut differently than I’m used to but had good flavor. I love sweet sauce and their sweet bbq sauce is great. Service was friendly and fast. I travel for work and come to Columbia often. It’s the best place I have ate here yet.

Celebrated my son's MU Graduation for a group of 30. It started out at 20 and I had to bump it up just a few days prior to the event. But wasn't an issue. From the first call, Lissa's communication was excellent, she is very professional and yet seemed like I was talking to a long time friend. The price is very reasonable and the food is delicious. But what I appreciated most was the hospitality and service! We dropped off our decorations and the staff was kind enough to set them out just before our event. All we had to do was show up and enjoy the buffet! Food was hot long after the last person made it through the line. I saw many people go back up for 2nds :) I highly recommend Smokin' Chick's for a catered event or just stop in for lunch. The menu has a wide variety of options and the beer on tap is local.

Ribs and pulled pork where good, but the proportions are off. My friend ordered a 'large' salad and it was almost the same size as the small. The staff forgot to bring us on of our orders and we were the only ones in the store. I'm sure this place has good wings, but everything on the menu should be good. The cheesy potato's were good while they were hot, but quickly got soggy.

Pleasantly surprised. Had a pretty good rating on Google Maps, but several poor reviews. The ribs I had were so good, I ate them without sauce; a rare occurrence. (And there were five sauces to choose from!) Beans were standard, but flavorful. The slaw had a subtle flavor and great crunch. Loved this visit. Will visit again when I'm back in Columbia.

Excellent BBQ every single time! There are only a few places that do burnt ends right...and Smokin' Chick's is one of them! Good assortment of their sauces to use with your meal! Staff is always helpful and super friendly! We will definitely be back. It was my SO's first time and he couldn't believe he hadn't listened to me sooner (took 3.5 years!)! 😂

Overall it wasn't bad. The turkey sandwich is definitely better at buckinghams. The potato salad was okay, but nothing special. I did however order pigs in a blanket - extremely excited to eat those and received reheated mini corn dogs.. completely devastated. Just beware of what they are if you order them. I really feel like they should just change the name of them to mini corn dogs since that's exactly what you're getting. The owner did make it right by offering a refund but still I sit here today, without pigs in a blanket.
