We were on this side of town so, we placed a quick app order. Other customers were waiting for their food when we arrived and I mentioned that we always order from the app. I also promoted the rewards. Then, we were informed that items we ordered were unavailable. We had to ask about receiving refunds - it would have been more efficient if we had already received the the refund through a gift card. Unfortunately, we had to wait several minutes for the refunds to be issued. What was supposed to be a quick pickup took too long.

I wish they would open one in Wisconsin! Food was amazing. Heard good things about the food so we couldn't leave without trying it. Of all the restaurants we visited, this by far was the best! Service was amazing as well! Thank You!

When ever my family and I has visited Zaxby's we are always greeted with a smile , politeness . Your staff is very people friendly and very patient with respect. Food is always hot and on time , salad is neat and fresh, your lobby is always clean and neat . Thank Zaxby's

The chicken sandwich was great, but the line was too long, but started mincing when their system was back up. They should have notified us about the problem while we were waiting or at the very least thanked us for our patience.

Went in Sunday night. Received some of the better service I’ve gotten at zaxbys. I really like the franchise’s food but I go in expecting the employees to seem bothered by a customers presence. This was not the case here, food was hot and fresh.
