Chipotle Mexican Grill

Only allowing orders through the stupid app. No ordering in the store. Not even a gift card. What was good about this place was going through the line and seeing what looks good that day and seeing what you want to add. Extremely rude employees. I've gone here 2 or 3 times a week since opening. I'll never go again. Assuming they are going out of business soon.

This place used to have a much higher rating in my book but service has dropped off completely. The last two online orders I have made have taken over 30 minutes past their "ready" time. Furthermore this place refuses to make enough chips for the day and is always "out" of chips by 8pm. Ordering online Is a joke as they always service walk-ins first. My last trip there was no line when I came in and no one making online orders, then after 5 more patrons came in I joined the line and only when I got to the front and asked them to make my online order did they start making it. This was 20 minutes after its "ready" time. I was told tonight I would have to call a number to get my money for 2 bags of chips refunded (the number was just their catering line) and the worst part was when I go there they had plenty of chips but after skipping my order and making the 6 walk ins (3 of which came in after me) I was out of luck.
