Pizza Hut

We ordered at 4:10 pm today. It’s now , 7:09 pm. No one will answer the phone. The $ has been taken out of my bank account. And ….no pizza. No one will answer the phone. If your short staffed , please do not offer pizza delivery. We live 2.9 miles away ………I’ve been on hold 12 minutes now. My husband has been on hold 18 minutes. This location needs to be shut down. I received an email asking how we liked our pizza ……WHAT pizza ? I can’t even call to cancel because NO one will pick up the phone. We will be calling corporate tomorrow.

Hold to the time that is suggested as the time order will be ready as much as possible and if not at the least communicate with the customer. Attentive employees to provide good decent customer service. Improve food quality by providing hot and fresh food.. especially if each order is cook to order. Manager should not ignore when customer call to express their grievances.

I ordered my pizza online to be ready at 2 pm contactless carryout. Parked waited in my car for 15 minutes decided to go in and get my order. The sign on the door say ease be patient we are short staff, like everyone. Nevertheless the Kady came up I told her my name she got it right a way. One guy in the kitchen and one lady sitting in a chair next to the door doing absolutely nothing. Why she did bring my order out. Very disappointed. Pizza Hut on Two

Just dropped $50 to take out two medium pizzas breadsticks and a cookie. Watched them pull out the wrong pizza and inquired about it and was told the pizza was right but the crust was wrong. When I said then the pizza is wrong I got a bunch of attitude from a shift manager because I was not happy about the wrong order. Come to find out both pizzas had the wrong crust and got more attitude. Asked to speak to the manager and the shift manager was yelling across the kitchen how I was wrong… worst place ever do not go to this restaurant! Apparently Pizza Hut or this restaurant does not care about at-least if charging that much money to make the food right. Have not been to a Pizza Hut in 10 years I guess I should have known better

I placed my order at 4:04pm online to pick up at 4:30pm. When I got there I was told 5 more mins and I paid. I waited until 4:55pm to ask if the pizzias they pulled out and just had setting on the counter were mine. They said they will go in a warmer, (had been just sitting there a good 8 mins) just waiting on chesse bread and cinnamon sticks. Then i Heard the lady ask where the cheese bread and cinnamon stick were. ( they never put them in). I wait another 15 mins. Get my pizzia. Walk out the door, check my pizzia. It's wrong. I order 1 large Hawaiian and 1 med pepperoni dinner bow with cheese bread and cinnamon sticks. I go back in I have 2 Hawaiian pizzas. Lady talks to the person that made them. Said she knew she messed up but had but it in behind and will be just a min (yet was going to let me leave with the wrong pizzia anyway). Wait 10 more mins no one says anything to me. Saw 4 pizzias come out, asked to speak with the lady before and told her I wanted a refund. It at that point had been over 1 hour since I placed the order and me sitting there 45 mins. They had just put the pepperoni pizzia in the oven. The lady says she needs to get the assistant Manger for a refund. Come to find out the assistant Manger is the one that didn't make the cheese bread or the pizzia. At one point all the employees were just standing around. The blonde lady is the only one who knew what needed to be done. I received the refund and (messed up pizzia) I did not order. I will never return to this store. I didn't leave the store until almost 5:30pm with my correct order and 2 of the pizzias were cold at this point because they had me holding them while I waited for them to fix the order.

My pizza was so cold it made me think like it was from the day before, the chicken tasted like leftover. This was the first time I was not satisfied with Pizza Hut.Very disappointed, put order in at 7:56pm and got my order at 9:57pm.Call on the phone and the employee was acting nasty so I asked to speak with a Manger and the manager put me on hold and never came back to phone.
