Average service, waitress forgot my order of cheese sticks appetizer, although when we got our wings they were pretty good tasting. Wings did need a bit more warmth though. After got our wings i brought up the missing cheese sticks she asked if I'd still want them i said no, i had already helped the others with their appetizers. The food and service was average good. But i tell you what I've never been to such a disgusting restroom in my life and I've been to some pretty bad spots. Anyways that needs attention asap, at least the mens does.

Fantastic place, and fantastic service! Beautiful waitress by the name of Karissa served us and made the experience very pleasant and friendly the first time and a couple days later we came back and management refused for her to serve us after I had requested her. I thought this was very unprofessional and now because of this the vibe died and the waitress that did serve us was not the friendliest.

Food was great, no complaints. Only complaint I would give is our waitress barely checked in on us. I wasn't offered a refill until I asked for a Togo box and the check. They all kind of migrated towards the front and looked as if they were in a heavy convo my entire visit. So maybe something was going on that day. Either way. Food was good

Went for lunch. There were 6 customers and 3 waitresses and one bartender. Took a half hour to get wings and when they came we ordered draft beers. 20 minutes later no beers and the bartender was busy chatting up two guys. Our server says the bartender is busy with customers. The manager is giving a job interview within earshot but doesn't get involved till I confront him personally. He offers to comp the beers. (Which never actually happened). I would never ever go there again. Chili's is next door.. go there.

My experience was the worst. I called in an order over the phone they said 30 minutes I was OK with that. When I got there they just a few more minutes. That few more minutes turned into an hour. There was sever employees up front all were on their cell phones kept saying a few minutes. I asked for a manager spoke with him the kitchen said they never got the order. Comes to find out the order was already made they tried to give me the cold order that was sitting for so long. They redid the order and gave me coupon for some darn free fried pickles. When walk back to the car a party asked are you just getting your food we walked in at the same time and they ate in. Hooter on Two Notch Rd Colunbia SS never again. The Mgr Thomas was no help at all
