I have literally purchased a footlong sub or more from this locational at the very least 3-4 times a week for about 5 years now.
I use the app and it just so happens the week they "updated" it... it charged me twice.. the workers were all on my side but the Indian lady (owners wife) refuse to glance at my phone to see the two orders. She just argued w the awesome worker which knows me by name! I said "as much as I come here and give you my money (4-5 days a week for YEARS) you are going to argue with me about $9 when I have proof that you got paid for both orders.
I will never return and will spread the news about this cheap as they get establishment.
Going to call corporate to get my money back as well.... it's the POINT.. not the $9

I went to Subway this morning to get a breakfast sandwich, the food was good but the service wasn't. The toaster, my food and the prep station was touched all with the same pair of gloves and every time I asked for something it was responded with a what. Nicki B acted as if she was having a rough morning, as I walked towards the door she looked at me and went towards the back as if she didn't know I was in the store and I waited 5 minutes before she came back out. Some of the Indian people attitudes are just as bad.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They over charge sorely, I was charged $13 for a foot long white with egg whites, ham, and cheese with two condiments with a bag of chips and a drink. Last time I had the same meal and I was charged $10. Everywhere else it has been less and up until these last couple of times it has been less than $9. When I asked about it I was told it was because I asked for the eggs after I already had ham on the sandwhich. That is ridiculous. I love subway but I will never go back to this one.

I was informed I could only get two veggies on my sliders only after I started ordering and when I said green peppers he took one green pepper, broke it in half, and put one half on each slider. Cheap as hell and not in the good way. Disappointed.

Very friendly & patience with customer. Very fast as well. Only observation some of the veggies on bar like tomatoes & lettuce didn't look to fresh. It was about 12:30 when I came in.

This is the second time iv been two the subway on bluff rd since they remodeled it I complained about my sandwich now here I am again complain about my sandwich not being made right toast was too hard sandwiches the steak was just in one spot instead of spread it over the sandwich lettuce and tomatoes was not fresh seem like they was just soggy cucumbers was old ask for extra oil and vinegar I don't know what you put on it but it sure didn't taste like in the vinegar I just don't think I'll be able to be coming back to that particular Subway appreciate it but I don't think so one of your loyal customers
