Wanted to try the hot honey chicken. Long line in drive thru and they pulled us around after paying to wait on fresh chicken to be made, I guess. After about 10 minutes, they brought our order out, missing an order of fries and with the Buffalo sauced chicken, and no ketchup, like the person at the window has assured me would be in the bag. There were about 6 cars in line and the lobby was locked so we just left instead of waiting 30 minutes for the correct order. Buffalo chicken was too spicy to eat.

I went through drive through and placed order. The lady read the exact order back.
When my wife opened up her wrap, there was lettuce and tomatoes.

Haven't had Arby's since they stopped selling potato cakes. I was left with no option today, so I got a double beef and cheddar. 8 bucks and it was tiny. Less meat then jr cheeseburger at mc d's.. Never again for me.

My mom is wheelchair bound and loves this place. Because of easy access to counter and drink station. She says restroom is nice and clean.

It’s an Arby’s. Clean enough. Customer service was on par. I did enjoy their Gyro. Not as good as G&D’s but it was a tasty sammy.

Very nice people. Always used coupons and saves alot of money. The dining area is sometimes closed and is hard to tell so you end up looking silly trying to open the door.
