Arby's

Ordered a turkey ranch and bacon combo which is about $12. When I got home I opened up my sandwich to find 2 slices of butt bread some grainy mustard smeared on one side a 1/2 of slice of cheese 1 slice of bacon and ranch smeared on the other side. When I tried to call them about it no one would answer the phone. I don't even eat butt bread at home what would make you think someone would pay $12 for that. They are completely slack for this.

Pulled up only to be told they had no roast beef or lemonade (which I didn't want anyway). Ended up paying way too much for the amount of food I received. As I was waiting for my food, I heard the cashier tell a customer that their system just went down and it wouldn't be back up for another 30 minutes. This is the second time I've heard that same line. Interesting...unfortunately, not going back-and they haven't been open at this location long...smh

First time using drive thru at this location. Female attendant asked for order and I gave it. Then there was silence and when I said “hello, anybody there?”, a male attendant asked me for my order, and I gave it, again. At the window he too busy taking orders from his headset to give me the time of day! When I got home (10 minutes later), the food was soggy (probably from being wrapped in a non-breathable plastic bag). Also, the Diet Dr Pepper drinks were flat and tasteless (probably not mixed correctly). Also, no straws or napkins. Hope the franchise owner reads these reviews.

Arrived at 9:05 pm last Monday waited for 20 mins in drive thru got to the window order number 1 (roast beef sandwich) got to the window 15 mins later the guy at the window took my card swiped it then told me he had Substituted my fries for mozzarella sticks because they over cooked the fries. I got home they had substituted my sandwich for mozzarella sticks too. They all were old and the fries were not burnt but old. They should have just offered me a refund. I have reached out to corporate 2 times and have yet to hear back.

I have been here multiple times and they always and I mean always forget the marinara sauce when ordering mozzarella sticks. Also when you say just meat cheese and bread on a sandwhich bacon becomes something other than meat. When I dine in it is usually a good experience however that drive thru especially later evenings awful.

1st time ever eating Arby's. The food was horrible. I ordered the chicken bacon sandwich meal large with sweet potato fries. #11 on the menu board. The most thinnest chicken i have ever seen with 2 tomatoes and barely lettuce. The bacon was cold. The sandwich so dry, the sweet potatoes were old. The drink was ok. Drive through employee was nice. I eat out once a week and this was a disappointment. I won't do it again. I see good reviews from others but for me it was not good.
