Burger King

This wonderful establishment seemingly always costs 45 minutes of my life, they consistently give my mobile order to the wrong people have me wait around the side of the building. Today 4 cars went through the drive through in 45 minutes, the manager literally said that he couldn't help that my food is cold because he's "slammed in here". Not only am I disgusted but I sincerely hope the man gets fired. Seeing as "my order just came up" but it's cold. You'd be far better off starving than trying to order here. I've contacted corporate prior to leaving this review. Don't waste your money.

Went to this location on my lunch break. Sat at the intercom. Never was greeted. After 10 min or so I said hello and the gentleman said one moment mam. About another 7 min went by and the cars behind me pulled to the window and I see him keying their orders in. So I go inside. Didnt say anything. Three guys in there working and one said dont come in here with an attitude we got enough going on in here. I kindly walked back out without saying anything. Not stopping here this is going to corporate. This location need to close

Walked in to nobody at the counter. I saw 3 employees working and 1 on break. We stood there about 5 minutes before being acknowledged by the employee on break. She asked if we'd been served and I replied that we haven't nor were we even spoken to. She had great difficulty getting the card reader to work and eventually used the drive thru machine. After standing there waiting for my receipt, I asked for it since she had moved on to the next customer. She informed me that the drive thru machine doesn't give receipts. Funny how I always get a receipt when I go through the drive thru. The wait was pretty long considering only 1 customer was in front of me. After receiving our warm food, we were quite disappointed with the lack of flavor. Whoppers use to have that flame broiled taste, but it was very bland. Unfortunately, the service at the previous Burger King was not any better with a 30 minute wait in line with 4 ahead of me, then receiving the wrong order. I don't care for BK, but my husband does/did and I would go for him. Not ANY more.

Most slow BK around. They are always so slack. Been in their drive thru for 15 mins and not one car has moved. They don't even care to do their job. They are all inside just goofing off. Each employee needs to be fired and all new staff needs to come in. The manger is a joke and doesn't do much of "managing" this location at all.

On February 22 2022 at around 9:40am I order through the drive through and the employee taking the orders was rude. I asked for a number 11 and he gave me a croissant with sausage and cheese. the bacon and egg was missing. He gave me no receipt. He was un professional and did not even know how to give a refund. I do not recommend anyone going here. I did not even trust to eat the food because I was worried he would put something in the food because of how un professional he acted

Do not support this place. I was told we weren't ready for lunch, waited ten mins and went to go in, doors still locked, went back to drive thru, still not ready for lunch. When I told the guy I went out of the way to find a Burger King and that this is kinda rediculous, he told me that he "didn't have any workers and wasn't willing to stress himself out to make up for not having any workers".... basically admitting he is lazy and sets a poor example for his employees...buddy they don't respect you that's why they don't show up for work....what's wrong with America these days....so I guess I'm going to McDonald's!
