We had a group of 7. Food was good. Service was absolutely terrible. Our visit lasted about an hour and half, our server came to the table 3 times the entire time we were there. Empty drinks and cocktails, no sign of server. Requested a manager to which he walked right by our table never saying a word. He spoke to our server as they walked away but not one word. We had a 100$ tab and couldn't even get a manager to help us. We will not go back and wouldn't recommend.

Went in there with a friend who was waiting for a group. I was already hungry so I ordered 10 wings am hour and a half later they still hadn't brought them. I forgot I ordered them! It wasn't until the party arrived that I remembered and then they brought them out to me COLD! I gave them to another guest and refused to pay. The server was nice enough but they are completely swamped. Not enough servers and apparently not enough cooks to get things out faster. The drinks were decent enough but on an empty stomach not so good for me.

If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would…… placed an online order for curbside. Got there no one came out. Went inside to the bar to pick up the food and the young lady proceeded to tell me that they were out of the item that I ordered and they couldn’t contact me due to not having my number(Although my number was on the receipt) they didn’t bother to call. She then asked if I could write my credit card number down along with my name and she stated they would issue a refund the next day, why would I write my credit card info down and leave it with her? Of course I declined. At this point I had enough and said y’all can just keep the money, just provide me with a to go drink. This takes the cake she then fixes me a drink in a glass and put a lid on it and told me I could take the glass with me, how ghetto is that. This place is very unprofessional and have horrible staff and no customer service. The winds were horrible, I do not recommend this location at all….

Used to love eating here, now it's a gamble or whether or not you get served in a timely manner, your food is hot or even correct. A party of 2 on a Friday night around 10 pm: our server didn't bring us drinks for almost 30 minutes after being seated. After an hour, we notice people who came in after us are getting their food but ours has yet to arrive. After confronting the waiter, the Manager comes over to apologize about the wait time. He offers to cover our bill for the inconvenience and promises to expedite our order so we continue to wait. After another 30 minutes of waiting they bring out lukewarm food and the order was wrong. SERIOUSLY?! We got up and walked out! Not only was my time wasted, our service was poor and the food was unacceptable. I left angry and hungry.

Ordered via Doordash for pickup. Arrived when the order said it would be ready. Waited another 40 minutes past the time order was supposed to be ready and didn't receive the whole order. Had to wait another 20 minutes for Spud fries. Walked inside to use the restroom and overhead the head cook or Manger ask the bartender if he wanted some leftover wings that customers did not pickup, more than likely left the establishment because it took so long for the order to be ready. Don't waste your time or money on this place.

I can't stand that we spent money here!!! Wish we could return what we didn't eat. Most of it was total trash!!! Should have read the reviews before we ordered. The chicken was hard and overcooked. The fries was soggy like they were sitting in grease. The time we were told food would be ready wasn't true. Will never return. Trust the reviews before you order with this place.

Tried this place for the 1st time because the online menu looked really good! Customer service sucks though! The waitress was really kool and polite but we waited for part of our food for about 45 minutes after it was taken back because it was not right. By the way, it was 6 wings! We ended up asking for food to go and after that, it took 15 mins to get boxes. The taste of the food was not all that either. I really wish management would hire more people to work so the customer service experience isn’t ruin for guest!
