Little Caesars

This Little Caessrs is in a great location. It is always crowded (a good indicator of satisfaction). My 🍕 is hot and ready to eat as soon as I wash my hands. They aren't stingy with the cheese and other toppings. You get a fair amount. I just hope on day I can get a Spinach Pizza from Little Caesars. That would make my pizza day.

Sorry good pizza as always. The attendee was nice and polite. However....the "Hot and Ready" part of their system is broken. This is the third time here, where we ordered just regular bestest most bestest pepperoni pizza and were told we had to wait...wait was about 20 minutes...just saying. We are thankful that they were there though.

My order was placed online, my order wasn't ready at the time promised. I was asked to pull up and it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. 25 minutes later my pizzas are given to me but not the dipping sauces. After that it took almost 20 more minutes to get my sauces. No apologies at all. Very disappointed in customer service and speed of service. To top it off my pizza wasn't even hot when they gave it to me.

Went for the veterans special, was over looked twice. Watched as the meals were handed out through drive thru while several of us were waiting inside. It seemed drive thru was given priority, even if we walked in to pick up. Hate to call out any racial issues, but as the only white guy standing there, who spoke up several times for my recognition that I was the next order taken but wasn't given a ticket, as others were. Yes, the employee did look at my ID... finally, the manager stepped up and started getting orders taken care of. I assumed she was the manager, because she addressed every issue very politely and respectful.

Perhaps I'd give a better review if I ever actually received the food I ordered. The fact that they use DoorDash gives them an automatic low score. First, the doordash website overrides our address by putting the store address as the delivery address without ever telling us that we are "out of range" (despite being all of 10 minutes from the pizzeria). When we called the store and attempted to fix this issue, instead of simply taking our address down themselves to pass on to the DoorDash driver, they insisted we call customer service, only to be told that our only option is to wait 3-5 days for a refund. What kind of business is this to support such practices from a partnered business?? Not to mention they actually find a 70 minute wait on a two item order to be an appropriate length of time to wait for a delivery. All around disappointing.
