The Barbacoa is always my go to choice of meat, cause it's so delicious! Had to add Extra meat for an additional $4 since the portion was a bit skimpy... guy must be new.

Did an online order for today pickup 220 get there 235 order no where to be found.... No apologies , no extra meat, no nothing...y'all please get it together... Also portion was small compared to other chipotles

Super disappointed with the flavorless food, portion size and lack-luster presentation. The employees at this location must have NEVER been to a Chipotle restaurant to eat, because I have never experienced this sincere disconnect within a major franchise chain before.
I can honestly say the service and food are not worth the money. Either go to a different Chipotle or literally any Moe's (Moe's Southwest Grill). The owner should be ashamed, embarrassed and compelled to make changes.

Food station behind the counter where you get your food not clean. And beans dry but the young lady did go over to drive-thr and get me some beans because l said they were dry and she said it need to be Change. Chipotle on garner ferry is better. I see why they have a 3 for reviews.

I ordered from the two notch location for the 2nd time in 2 weeks. The customer service was horrible, and I'm just tired of being given small portions of food. I ordered a steak bowl the light-skinned middle aged lady should not be fixing food. She's very stingy with the rice, beans, and meat. I have to pay a double portion of steak each time due to these small portions... and the bowl is still very minimal. I'm very dissatisfied with the amount of food being served, & rice is extremely cheap, who has to beg for extra rice? Im paying 17.00 for a bowl that doesn't even fill itself.

I eat here frequently. Standard Chipotle experience. I give 3 stars bc the flavor is inconsistent. When the food is good, it's amazing, but other times, it's blah(bland, hard rice, dry)

My food was great! Everything looked fresh and the kitchen staff worked hard preparing it. Sad to see that the manager was having a poor day. And the drink station was messy & smelled sour.

My order was very good, the waitress was very nice. Had not visited in a long time, will be returning. But other ladies clean the tables can be better with that.
