This travel plaza was a hot spot for Chic-fil-A lovers! But the back line could not seem to keep up with the orders. We waited at least 20 minutes for 2 orders of grilled nuggets and 2 orders of waffle fries.
Since we had waited at the counter for such a long time, and the orders were just flying out the drive through window, we anticipated that our waffle fries would be nice and hot. What a disappointment when we got to our car and opened our bag to have cold fries.😑 🤮
Note to those who use the Chic-fil-A app for points… this store will not let you scan your app for points. Instead, they will tell you to use your receipt, but that doesn’t work well either.😑 I had to submit the info through the app linked customer service.
The only reason I'm giving this location 4 stars is because they don't participate in the rewards system. Good food and good service.
Love Chick-fil-A, even though they have appeared to have gone woke🤔🤔 of which I will investigate further before I make a definite decision.
Food is very good. Few qualms though, they don't take cards on drive thru so I had to go inside to order. The wait is 2-3 times longer than other chik filas. The cashier taking my order seemed to have a disability so be patient.
Another thing, sometimes there are homeless people on drugs here and they terrorize people. No security in sight. Use the drive thru and bring cash.

Quick and efficient, Had the chicken nuggets and they good. Not a fan of the potatoes. When I asked about French fries , I was assuming I would get Fries. Instead these were WAFFLE FRIES. and they were disappointing.
The food was great here. The staff was very helpful and polite.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Available menu is slightly smaller than full size restaurant but food is great. Love this place.

I was actually more impressed with the chicken nuggets then the actual sandwiches.. this location has no mac and cheese. Very clean and fast service.
