My family and I were heading home and feeling hungry I decided to stop at here. The food was hot and fresh and the lemonades were on point. They give 5 🌟 to the pineapple as it was asked and suggested by the young man who took our order.
Everyone's meal was intact except mine which was missing fries. I called and was told I could drive back for them or she (manager) would send me a coupon in the mail.
No matter I will still return because I have never received bad service or food from them.

We sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes before we got our food. Once we got to the window our food didn't take long but the cars in front of us they took forever to serve. Our food was warm but not hot like I would have expected with how long it took. I do not recommend this Wendy's. Go to the one on Stadium Blvd.

I am thinking they were super short staffed. We ordered online and arrived to the location 10 minutes later. Still waited 20 minutes for our food. Front person needs to be trained in efficiency processes but if you are short staffed, when do you have time, right?! Food was good though.

Food was good, service was very slow. They seemed understaffed, and computers were apparently not behaving. We got what we ordered, and it was fine. But definitely not a "fast" food experience. 😐

Honestly one of the best drive through experiences I have had in Columbia. Consistently friendly staff. And even with the drive through backed around the building the wait times haven't been excessive. Thank you Wendy's!

Very good "hot food" lost one star just because fries were extremely salty and I had no utensils for my Frosty but in there defense extremely busy at midnight...Go Wendy's

I typically get great food and sevice from the Clark Lane location in Columbia, Mo however today I was shocked at the behavior of a male employee in the back. He was likley a shift manager or possibly the store manager. He was a thin white male with a serious attitude with the rest of the staff. He loudly chewed out several team memebers and the whole store coukd hear him yelling. He was irrate that the staff needed to void or refund a transaction that was just a simple mistake when it was keyed in. His behavior was over the top. Also the same guy, overheard me say i was ordering (2) 50pc nuggets as a heads up to the worker and he yelled at her loudly to not do cook anything until the order had been paid for. Guys like that run away good help and good customers.
