This place is great as far as the packaging is concerned. The way the seal the bags all the orders and they send the bag shows that they really care about customers.

The fries were hot, fresh, and perfectly salted. The tea tasted great. However, there was a super long wait with only one car ahead of me. Sound was very muffled at the drive through speaker.

The employees here are a mix. Some are extremely friendly and some of the teenagers look like they don't care about life let alone you. No one likes their job as a teenager, but part of the job is not looking like you're suffering a depressive episode. Food was okay, had mistakes, but other staff members were very helpful.

I literally just left the drive-thru for this place, because although I love bakers the person running the drive-thru was ridiculously rude and had a very unkind tone. I have a huge amount of respect for service workers, as I know how exhausting the job is. But this was just too much.

Best drove through food of all time. I will admit it's my guilty pleasure and the first place I go when it's time to carb cycle. Keep doing what you're doing Baker's!

It sucked the girl working the window found it to hard to stop talking to the cook that by the time she was done my meal was cold. and it almost looked like my Casadilla was eaten already .it was cut up in little pieces and she almost forgot my drink .I was by myself how hard is it .
