Kfc

This is so unacceptable I ordered a GrubHub through them and not only did they not put the mashed potatoes in mashed potato and gravy but they also under Cooked the chicken sandwich and also gave me a three piece instead of a four piece and on the lake it looks like it’s been eaten this is a shame they literally need to close this KFC downI even called them exactly 10 times and no one ever answer the phone I’ve never seen establishment they don’t answer the phone this is sad

This KFC is the worst! I'm not sure why it's so hard to get biscuits here. I ordered from Door Dash and asked for 4 extra biscuits with extra butter packets. We got alot of butter packets but no biscuits. Tried it one more time same thing so I figured it must be because I'm ordering through Door Dash. Today I figured I'd go in person through the drive thru to make sure no issues. Placed my order which included 4 extra biscuits. Received my order and checked my bag, while I was checking of course the employee goes to the back and I was unable to let them know the biscuits were missing. I had to go inside and of course the employees are in the back talking and laughing. After finally getting their attention I let them know you forgot my biscuits. He was like "my bad". The Fries we ordered were also extra crispy and had an awful flavor. Never going there again!

Came trough drive-thru 6-15-22 @ 5:47pm for The Mexican Pizza they were soldout. I was stuck in the line so I decided to order something else that I wasn't craving just because i was hungry. Got to the window Aliah had my order wrong. Something completely different. I repeated my order twice and then paid for the meal. When I received my receipt I was already at the pick up window she had over charged me for an extra drink. Then, the next employee tells me, "oh we are out of Pepsi" do you want something else. That's when I decided to cansel my order completely. Aliah comes to the window gives me $3 for the extra drink she had over charged me. I told her am canceling my order completely. She proceeded to tell me, "Girl your too much" and shuts the window as they're laughing in my face. Upset, I called the phone number I spoke to the manager she did not want to listen to my side of the story and told me I was there when she was giving you the money back. Then she hung up on me. At the end I did not received all the money back I was short approx. 20cent.. Am not mad about the 20 cents just very upset of the customer service I received. Don't waste your time going to this KFC they always take forever on drive-thru and they're customer services is horrible.

Everytime we go they are out of something this time no chicken tenders last time no pies. It's 6pm they should be ready. The crew goofs off and it takes at least 10 min. Waiting while they are taking pictures of each other. They tell me someone will be right with you continued to take photos. Then came and helped me. This really bothered me
