Jack In The Box

I stopped by here on my way to somewhere. Ordered from the app and picked it up from drive thru for the store was closed. It was around 7pm on Saturday. There was no sign why the dine-in area was closed. Luckily, the drive thru was open. I saw few reviews and they were pretty poor. However, I liked this store for they put my orders in separate bags instead of stuffing them in one or two bags. I kinda smelled old oil from french fries but wasn't too bad.

Unfortunately they didn't give us the nuggets. Once they did I had to circle back because there was only 2 in the bag. Stuff like that happens. No big deal.. ●○●○ This is a new review same jack in the box different day another kids meal. I didn't realize till I got down the road they didn't give me a drink again.... They said have a nice day though...

This store closes early today they closed at 9pm and not 10pm hell their always closed early now that I mentioned it no more24/7 open hours here guys go to store 1115 they better also with service too Today 1-28-2022 they messed up my order and didn’t give me fries with my meal and they served me a uncooked chicken strip

Apparently closes whenever they feel like it been there multiple times all lights on menus on but a cone in the drive thru and not a soul in sight all doors locked no one answered phone no signs posted about why the unexpected closure. Have actual paid for my meal thru the app and went to pick up up before only to find they are randomly closed waiting to see how I get refunded very frustrating.Btw the most recent was 8pm on a Sunday when the hours say 10pm at least shut down the system so people can't place orders.
