Soda machine choices out, coffee was gut rot and store in General was mediocre.
However, the sales associate working Saturday night was extremely friendly, helpful and polite. Earning this location a couple of stars back on my rating

I love to go to different 711s around the state of Colorado and in Colorado springs this is one of the best!
The staff are great at their job. And very quick at it too!
I enjoy shopping at this location immensely!

Everytime I go to there I just do my own thing and they are always nice to me and there's 1 guy who I've seen recently at the register and he's pretty cool cause he has some nice gauges and pretty cool glasses and I think he just has a cool style but he's just a cool guy. I only really go in there to get some monsters, sometimes ice cream, sometimes candy, and blue talkis most of the time.
This place is like Cheers. When I walk in they say hello Ms. Tammy. Makes you feel good and appreciated. So awesome, yes a great store.
I'm 67 been going here for 3 years. Never had any of staff be rude. They go out of their way and open both registers if needed. Always have a kind word.
Perhaps it's how you speak to the staff that's the problem.
I hope this is the 7-11 on the corner of plate & waschach, Google assistance seems to'spite my best efforts that there are count them 3, 7-11's only in Colorado Springs... She wore me out!
