As a fellow Kansas Citian, I really enjoy their take on BBQ classics. Just like any good KC BBQ joint you can smell the smoke right as you walk in the door. The array of sauce styles from around the country should satisfy anyone. Proportions are big so bring your appetite. Our office is just up the street so great place for a birthday lunch. (thanks for the blackberry cobbler!)

I have been there several times. Most of the time the service was great (one time the waitress had friends eating there). The "burnt ends" are great - when available. Almost every time we have been there, they were out of something we wanted to order. And yes, I have brought a lot of people here for a good meal. This is one of the better BBQ places in town. Never crowded on Sunday noon. Some evenings too crowded to get in. I try to arrive early in the evening and early in the week - no waiting and faster service. Their sides do not come from Sam's Club (like some BBQs here in town). Sometimes over seasoned (good) and sometimes not enough (bad). Unfortunately, the sides are almost always room temperature.

Man hands down some of the best BBQ I've had in a long time. Great portions size. Had about 9 sauces to choose from all made from scratch. Megan the women who served us was perfect she knew how much space to give us to eat and talk but also was interacting with us. Would def recommend to anybody.

Ordered the 2 meat and 2 side plate this evening consisting of ribs, chicken, collard greens, and baked beans. The ribs were quite tasty and better than what I make myself. The chicken was pretty good too and better with a splash of sauce. Collard greens had a unique taste that grew on me with each bite. Baked beans were served barely above room temperature and were adequate. Overall a very good experience and I hope this place succeeds. The food is much better than Dickey's and Rudy.

The food, especially the brisket and burnt ends, is amazing. The burnt ends are melt in your mouth great. The happy hour specials are really nice. The staff was very friendly. You're in for a bbq treat when you walk past the wooden pig sculpture, and enter this establishment that knows how to prepare great "Q"!

This is my favorite barbecue in Colorado Springs and trust me- I am very familiar with the competition. I love the service, the food, and most importantly the selection of different sauces. They have several successes in the sauce line-up (I could be biased because I am a Chiefs fan, but my favorite is the "Kansas City"). One minor critique is I wish they brewed the iced tea. Very minor. I will definitely be back, this place is easily worth a weekly visit.

The boyfriend's favorite place for dinner- a little on the expensive side, but the food is always good. Great staff, too. I recommend the brisket and burnt ends, because they are cooked perfectly almost every time we've eaten here.

Overall was a good experience. Brisket was good. Catfish was cooked perfectly. Okra was amazing, although could have had more breading. Blackberry cobbler is not real cobbler, more like a cake but was moist and delicious. Went the extra mile with the ice cream, yet it was freezer burnt.

I discovered this bbq place about 6 months ago and absolutely love it. The variety of sauces is great and they are all delicious. The brisket is my favorite with the carolina vinegar sauce. I love to go hang out here for football, everyone is friendly and willing to tell you all about how the food is cooked. The servers are super nice and cute! It has a great atmosphere for families and an awesome bar with local beers on tap. Im so glad this place opened!

Absolutely the best BBQ in Colorado Springs! Great service, nice atmosphere, and they play the football games on Sundays! Wish we'd discovered this place sooner! I highly recommend you try the food here! Better than Bird Dog and Rudy's!
