The music was fantastic, staff was friendly, and best of all the food was on point! The Bulgogi meatballs were legit, the noodles had the perfect bite, and the egg for the chicken bowl was sublime. Highly recommend!!
After spending the past year in Asia, I have been longing for some decent East Asian food in Colorado Springs, and Rooster's House of Ramen did not disappoint! With scrumptious appetizers such as Edamame and Seasoned Ahi, to Banh Mi sandwiches and homemade Ramen, if you have a hankering for East Asian food, I recommend that you check this place out!
The broth!!!! Dang. Such deep flavor! Ok, I had the oxtail and it was absolutely amazing! A great balance of pickled carrots and grilled radicchio to brighten such silky tender richness. Quick service, a clean atmosphere, and friendly staff who answered all of my questions. Go get some ramen!!
They recently updated their Vegan menu, their servers are very polite. We ordered Vegetable Poststickers for appetizer. For entrees, we tried Orange Seitan Donburi, Mushroom Stew, and Chicken Kaarage Lo Mein from the Vegan menu. While we enjoyed the appetizer and first two entrees, Lo Mein was too sweet for our taste. They should get an insect zapper, number of flies.
Amazing best meal. Be warned you'll leave full. Go starving! There's an awesome selection of food and drinks. Trust me I was expecting top ramen but left having had my mind opened to a future filled with repeat business. Every bite was an explosion of unique flavors and smells. I spent a minute or two just engulfed in the aroma of different FRESH ingredients. I was amazed at how every spoon was a definitive statement of the story their chefs told. I spent an amazing night enjoying the fun atmosphere and could not have prepared for a meal that has changed my life. Thank you Rooster!

Unsuspecting on the outside, this is a nicely appointed and "hip" spot with local art for sale on the walls, an array of seating types and cool lighting. I was also surprised with the music, I enjoyed the older hip hop being played though I could see that some might not. The server was really friendly and personable and happened to overhear my debate between which bowl I wanted because I really love mushrooms. He tossed them into the spicy pork shoulder noodle bowl. We did order a side of the spicy sauce which he said was "really hot"and made a point that someone couldn't handle it; it was NOT hot. If you like really spicy food, don't be wary of the spicy sauce. The noodles had great texture and held the broth well, which was delicious. The serving was a little small for a ramen bowl and the price, but it was fresh and really well put together flavor. The pork was excellent. We also had the spicy KFC sandwich which again isn't super spicy but the flavor and the consistency of the fry is great. Good service, neat space and tasty food, I'll be back!
MMM... Tasty ramen and other dishes. They do some very creative takes on asian soups and noodle bowls. Each has its own unique broth. Also, the appetizers are worth checking out. Service is friendly, helpful and attentive. The cocktail menu looked good, but didn't get a chance to try them. Good spacing and mask requirements for covid-19 times.
SO GOOD! We are from out of state and no one near our home has decent ramen. This absolutely hit the spot. Kid approved, too! I got the Rippin' Rooster, but after trying the pork belly I wish I had gotten that. All of it was delicious!

I've been meaning to come here for years, and just keep forgetting. Their current tuna special is what really finally brought me in, and it was absolutely fantastic. I had the Tuna Tartar, while I waited for my Togo Tuna Poke bowl. Both dishes were absolutely everything I expected them to be. I will definitely need to come back for the ramen.
The set-up was comfortable and stylish, the food tasted great and the portions were big, and the service was incredible!
