Met Derick for a brief second and he seemed genuinely happy to meet me. And the my server was Liz who was extremely accommodating. I arrived a hour prior to my friends, and took up a booth for 6 by myself for that entire time during happy hour. I felt bad for being that guy as a line started to build, but she told me not to worry about it, it's first come first serve. I had a great time with great friends, great beer, and great service.
Excellent service, food and beer! We had the bison burger and lobster and shrimp enchiladas ... it was delicious. The server was quick and attentive ... my 4yo gives it thumbs up.
My experience with Rock Bottom was overall positive. There was a bit of a wait for our food with very few other guests in the restaurant. However my husband's and my burger were absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. The fries were ordinary, but the Mac and cheese side was amazing.
My waitress was great. She gave me permission to use her photo. I've eaten here every time I visit the springs. Good food and atmosphere.
Kenneth was absolutely fantastic. Food was so good. Sorry it was bigger, but I ate it to fast, couldn’t stop. Flavor is spot on! Such a great place to watch the game with friends, or by yourself! Had a Long Island and was the perfect blend.

My wife and I stopped here for some lunch. We decided just to get two appetizers and some drinks. We picked out the nachos and the pretzel sticks with cheese dipping sauce. Angela was our waitress and she was extremely nice and friendly. We received our food pretty quick as it was a Monday around noon and at the time there wasn’t very many people at the restaurant. The food was great! The nachos would of probably been enough for both of us because they where huge. We will be back in sometime to try some other stuff in the future.
Without a doubt, a phenomenal experience. Food was savory and delicious, menu was diverse and enticing, drinks were fresh and crisp, and the atmosphere was pleasant and warm. In particular, I want to recognize our server, Jourdan, as an exceptional worker. She was the cherry on top of our experience, providing a memorable, especially welcoming aura, and was an absolute delight to talk to. She anticipated our every need as well as helping us order the food and drinks we were so satisfied with. Her knowledge and work ethic are professional and her general demeanor leaves us yearning for the next time we get a chance to visit and ask for her by name. Can't wait to come by again! Recommending this fine establishment to all of my friends and associates.
I really like the styling and atmosphere in the place. The service after 3 trips has been okay to pretty good. The food... sigh the food... I was trying really hard to like the food from this place like really like it, however my humble opinion rates the food here okay. I dont know where to put my finger on it, ya know...of what i find to be the problem... but i guess its the seasoning? There isnt much? The foods look great, but when i place them in my mouth, they just seem kind of bland. Good beers thought! Definitely come to this joint for some drinks!
The Hatch Chile Burger is sooo good! The salads are always fresh. The service has been great every time I’ve been here. The atmosphere is great for friends, family, or a business meeting. Definitely worth a visit!
I usually come here for lunch, I really love all of the vegan or vegetarian options that they have! Tastes Amazing! I would say that it's a little expensive. The wine is around twelve dollars a glass. And the food is around fifteen per person. I love the wine menu and only wish they had more to experience. When I come for lunch there's always a server who's really great very nice. I feel like the food is always cooked pretty good. I think the only thing I don't like about this place is the beer. I didn't like any of them to be honest. I like the location I like the seating in the bar. And it just feels like a very clean restaurant.

Update: The last time we were here was a year ago. The restaurant and service is good as always (thank you Mike, our waiter). The food is tasty, however, I think with the menu being larger with no specialty, makes the food just good, and not outstanding. I ordered the pepperoni pizza and I’ve got to say I’ve tasted more unique and better pizza at Dion’s and Slice 420. With that said, Rock Bottom is really unique because they have a lengthy Gluten-free menu which many restaurants don’t have. I still recommend Rock Bottom!
Rock Bottom is always amazing! Every time we’ve gone the food and atmosphere has been great.
We sat at the bar and our bartender and waitress were fantastic. I requested more ketchup and our bartender, Kenneth, immediately left to go get it. He also poured me a glass of water without me asking.
Great customer service. My husband ordered the Loaded AF Nachos and I ordered the classic cheeseburger. Great tasting food. The wait wasn’t too long for a Sunday evening.
The atmosphere was cozy. The restaurant was larger then what we thought! I recommend Rock Bottom to anyone.
Love, love, love this place! Our server, Daisy, was such a good time! She made sure we had everything we needed and was so animated and genuinely sweet to interact with that she has my whole family making plans to come back soon! Rock Bottom was an outstanding dining experience in every department and we hope that others can share the same wonderful experience we had here!
