Excellent food, and good options for people with food allergies and sensitivities. My mom was totally enamored of the robot. Out of all the dishes I’ve tried and various meats, I definitely recommend the lamb. The goat had a great flavor but I did not like the bone splinters. You really will be impressed with the lamb, though!
Prices are reasonable, and you get the perfect portion.
A friend took me here for dinner and two days later I went again for lunch. The food is incredible and they even have a window so you can watch it being cooked. Samson was our server both times and checked up on us frequently to give us drink refills and ask when we wanted to order. Also would come check on your table if you just made eye contact with him. Felt like fine dining. Overall 5/5 experience and would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys an authentic Indian food experience.

Make sure you get Sam as your server cuz he is fantastic! Such a great vibe, makes me want to dance and eat. Can't wait to come back for some good food and drinks in your bar area.
We were on a trip to Colorado Springs and a tour guide recommended this restaurant. service was excellent. Food was 10/10, if you are looking for authentic Indian food this is the best restaurant. Just FYI - It’s a bit pricey.

We came in on a Friday night without reservations after a doctor's apt starving. We were seated immediately, which was awesome as I'm on crutchs from knee surgery.
The pungent smells of spices the moment you walk in the door were amazing and made us even hungrier!
Our booth was near the door, and there was a steady stream of people coming and going.
Service was fast! Even for a busy weekend dinner service.
My husband and I tried the marsala calamari appetizer, the chicken tikka masala, and garlic naan. Even starving, we are small eaters, so we decided to share.
The flavors were delicious.
The calamari was crispy but so tender with a nice heat from the marsala sauce.
The chicken tikka masala was perfect. Even mild had the perfect bit of spice for both of us. The garlic nan was crispy and the garlic fresh with a bit of basil or parsley.
The staff was great and attentive, and depending on the area of the table, you can even see into the kitchen and watch them cook. And they have this cute little robot that helps staff carry out ur food!
We will definitely be back!!! Leftovers were just as amazing for lunch the following day.
Gary was our server and he was excellent and very attentive to anything we might need. We were seated right behind a very loud child, but otherwise the atmosphere was perfect.
We ordered a pineapple Mimosa along with a Samosa Chat. The appetizer comes with a sauce which is a little spicy, and came with 2 breaded "tarts" that my wife liked a lot.
For our entrees we had the Butter chicken and Lamb Curry with butter naan and cheese naan. The naan was delicious and made me want to just stop by and get some to take home another time.
Dessert we tried Gulab Jamun with ice cream. I've had this before but there was no comparison to this. Way better than any I've had before.
After this visit my wife who didn't like Indian food before is now a fan. The Urban Tandoor should be on your short list of best restaurants in Colorado Springs to visit.
I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!!!
It is beautiful and modern, with a full service bar and a menu that cannot be beat! I had the Aloo Gobi and my sister had the tour of Tandoor. The meat was tender and well seasoned, all of the side items were heavenly. So was the naan and the raita.
Sam was our server and he was as professional as he was handsome!
5 stars! I only wish I could give more! Do yourself a favor and come to Urban Tandoor the next time you are craving incredible Indian food. Yum!
I think this one of the best if not the best Indian restaurant in the springs. I had the spicy goat curry and it was very spicy which is great. Some friends had the grilled food and the shrimp korma, they loved it. We had three appetizers and two cocktails and everything was delicious. I’m a fan of their tamarind margherita. 10/10 will definitely come back .

I assume there are fine dining or maybe upscale then , It’s Good!

*Service should much more than just grab the bottle water put on the table and let the customer pour water by them self then take the order without good answer knowledgeable for the question to the customers

With standing pressure to customer by Credit card Machine after request check
We tips 18% instead of 15% but not 25% that show on machine because we work in the same industry ( Food Service)

Love Urban Tandoor! I always get the vegan options, my husband goes for the Tour. Dora was our server tonight. So helpful when I was asking for a sauce but completely blanked with the name/ingredient. And it's my favorite so she saved me! The pic is after the destruction began because it's that good.
