People are more likely to post a negative review than a good one so I’ll be the rebel and say that this place is awesome. Called my order in for Pick Up and it was ready BEFORE the 15 minutes I was told. There were 4 employees working, 1 said “Hi, Welcome.” Not with a smile but at least I was acknowledged lol. The girl who helped me was super friendly and was like “Your pizza is fresh out!” And it was delish!

I used to really love a certain other franchise pizza chain but a neighbor had a delivery from here a couple of weeks back and my kids were trying to wave at the delivery driver and talk to him, telling us how they wanted pizza, he said he could be back here in 20 minutes and yelled out the phone number to us, and I just figured I would give it a try. He was sweet and I wish I knew his name to tell management because his friendliness was the reason I ordered here instead of my usual pizza place. I’m so glad he did that because we ordered and we were so impressed with our food, we have had it three times this month. My husband loves wings but we have had a hard time finding them cooked all the way, or actually enjoying the sauces, but he’s tried two wing flavors from here and his only complaint is that he can’t choose a larger size of wings because they’re so good. All of our delivery drivers have been really nice, and pretty fast. I thought about writing about our experience because we got our order yesterday and I was eating the leftover garlic knots while my kids weren’t looking and thought you guys deserved the credit. We will be back, maybe before the end of the month! 🤣
I was traveling in Colorado Springs in September for business and mis-placed the receipt from a purchase I made at store 2704. At the time of order, the service and pizza was amazing! Today I called and the manager went above and beyond to help me . She looked up the receipt and sent it to me so I can file my expense report. Thank you! This is great customer service.
I absolutely love purchasing pizza here, food is always faster or on time. FYI people on fort Carson it's a wait to get on base so don't be leaving bad reviews for the drivers. They don't have military id's so they can't get on as quick as you guys can. I'd just recommend going and getting the pizza yourself.
People here are nice and pretty awesome. When I called to order they were very nice on the phone. They made my pizza how I wanted it (toppings over the cheese). Was delicious and hot and done when they said it would be. Will definitely come back and would highly recommend. Thank you.
Everything time I enter the store (quite often) I am Always impressed by the positive energy of the crew. Whether carry out or delivery the pizza is exact abd the drivers are friendly and kind.
Best pizza! Sometimes I stray thinking that I'll find a new "Fave", but I always return to PJ'S for the best quality and service. Plus, they always have promotions running to save a little $, so don't let the price scare you. Order on !
Moved into our apartment about a month ago. We got a packet from our landlord with some coupons and numbers for local people. Papa John's gave us a coupon for a FREE PIZZA just for moving in! You know we jumped right on that as soon as we had everything moved in. Called them, they delivered to us...Pizza was so yummy! They took almost no time to get the food to us, I definitely recommend them, Thanks guys!
