Cute place for a cup of coffee, tea latte, cinnamon roll, or breakfast sandwich. The atmosphere is unique and inviting, but I find it more suitable for meeting with friends than for working (there is no tucked-away or quieter seating). I also find the drinks higher priced than some of the other coffee shops (but for no better quality or larger size).
We LOVE Till so I was excited to try The Roost. Went with my grandparents and it was so great. Just had a latte but it was delicious, service was wonderful and atmosphere was relaxing! Will be back!
Modern coffee house with a fresh farm feel. This is at the end of The Till restaurant. They have outdoor and indoor seating. Their are long table, couches, and small coffee table.
The view out the front door is a beautiful view of pikes peak.

Met here for a business meeting and I’m SO glad that I did. I love the feel of the fresh, clean, farmhouse (almost Magnolia style) of the area and the little market next to it. My coffee was one of the best cups I’ve ever had, and just looked beautiful, too. I was hesitant about the price on my breakfast bowl, but it was worth the expense. Fresh made, fresh ingredients, and green Chile! Can’t wait to come back with my husband or some friends for a coffee date.
Excellent customer service and quality food. This is a great place for meeting friends, catching up on emails, doing work, or just relaxing while taking in some decent music. If you are a coffee buff, you will enjoy the wide variety of coffee selection. If you don't know what you are loooking for, the staff is well versed in helping you make the right selection.
Great coffee, cool feel, free drip refills after purchasing a specialty coffee, and friendly service. You can also order off the till menu and have the delicious food brought to you in the coffee shop. Our favourite spot in town.
Been looking for a new spot to work. If you’re an entrepreneur this is a hidden gem. The coffee is amazing, baristas are very kind, and the ambience of the place is relaxing & really allows you to focus in. You have an amazing view of Pikes Peak for that extra boost of motivation & creativity as well. I haven’t had alchohol here yet but they do serve that along with food which is really good! A little pricey but it’s no different than going to Starbucks. Highly reccommend!!!🙂
5 stars for The Roost because I love Julie. I come in just to see her and catch up with her. I moved here from Manhattan Beach, CA last year and had a hard time adjusting to the change in lifestyle. Julie’s customer service has given me a place of comfort and happiness. Going into The Roost to see her makes me feel like I’m back home in my extremely small, elite hometown. Julie also encouraged me to use The Pinery as my wedding venue for September 2020. Most importantly, she makes a phenomenal latte. So long as Julie is at The Roost, I will keep spending my money there on a daily basis! :)
Nothing like this in the Springs! In addition to a coffee bar, beer wall, bar and restaurant, you can enjoy life-size games of battleship, play ski ball use multiple pinball machines, play ladder ball, ping pong, cornhole and more. It's kid friendly and there's something for everyone!
The preheating of my cup with hot water even when ordering a simple brewed coffee (and again on the refill) showed pride in their coffee and service not found most places. Definitely will be a return customer.
