Second day in a row here, food is amazing and the drinks are delicious. There is food here for breakfast and lunch. So many different flavors you can add to your coffee you can have a different drink everyday. I'm here on my honeymoon and will be here every morning till we have to leave. The French Toast casserole was delectable and very filling. If you're just passing through the area make it a point to stop here, you will not be disappointed.

I love this sweet coffee shop! The bear/woodsy theme is my favorite and so fun. I love to study here. The owner uses Maya and Monin products, which are superior flavorings/syrups. Oh, the cinnamon rolls are so yummy. I love all the frosting :)

Awesome coffee shop! We were visiting family in Colorado Springs and we came from Canada, and we had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was cozy and the owner was extremely kind. Definitely check Black Bear Coffee! 10/10

Hands down THE best coffee house in the area. The staff is amazing and kind. This gem of coffee house is my go to for meetings, breakfast and lunch! The coffee is phenomenal and I also support Black Bear because is it not only a fantastic small business but it is veteran owned. As a veteran myself I want always speak life into businesses such as this!

I have been here for the last 2 months very frequently to sit in the cozy and friendly atmosphere. I have tried a lot of the menu items and they are amazing but I have at this point met all of the staff and they are the kindest most personable girls I have seen in a long time. I have had meetings here and every client loves it too. The owner took over i think 2 years ago and let me say it is evident that he has truly poured his heart and soul into this shop! The staff loves their jobs and you can tell it is a great environment. I usually dont really leave reviews but seeing the 1 star recently made me get defensive over this small business and because i am here so often…i just wanted to tell the facts! This place has amazing regulars who have also been so welcoming when i come to sit for a few hours to work! Sometimes i think people forget what it takes to run a small business and just because the customers has a bad day isn't a reason to write such a scathing and inaccurate review. If you were not pleased speak to the manager or just move along to another place. That is my humble opinion and i hope it helps the staff know they are AMAZING and their dedication is noticed by us who appreciate their hard work and commitment.

First, the atmosphere is that of a log cabin in the mountains. Second the service is spot on! We had a fairly large order and we got it in less than 10 minutes. Now the food. AMAZING! Pastries are the best. We had the gluten free cherry almond pastry. I also recommend the chorizo burrito as well. The coffee is way better than what you can get at Starbucks and other chains. A true local gem!

I've visited this cafe multiple times and it certainly ranks among my favorites. The coffee is wonderful, and the service is fast and friendly. Foodwise I've tried the salmon bagels, the Lemon ricotta cake, and the buffalo chicken burritos...It was all delicious! This is a great spot to go out and visit with friends. ☕

First time here and the food is good. I'm not too crazy about Iced Coffee, so can't give an honest opinion on it, but the mocha coffee I ordered is not the worst one I've had, so I'll drink it. Prices are good, service was excellent, and atmosphere is nice. Only thing I hope they can implement is to give you a number or take your name for the order. Just calling out the drinks and meals gets very confusing when you have the same order as another customer. Especially if it's your first time there and you don't know how the establishment works. But overall, I'll be coming back!
