Provecho has the best Mexican cuisine that I have ever had. Hands down. Elaborate menu, fresh seafood and chicken, and very hospitable staff. I couldn't stop talking about the food with my date hours after we left the restaurant. The chef was beyond friendly and stopped by our table to wish us well. The food is authentic and beautifully made. Would recommend to anybody from all walks of life--a very memorable experience.

This is gourmet. Had Chile en Nogada and also Chile Relleno Guadalajara and split between two people. This was a stunningly tasty meal reminding me of local fresh good food in Mexico. The staff was friendly and the service exceptional. I almost forgot -- finished with the tastiest Avocado pie.

Had a wonderful eating experience. Food is VERY authentic and pure to Mexican cuisine. Staff was wonderful and courteous, service was absolutely great too. Will definitely be coming back to eat here on a frequent basis! Highly recommend this place to anyone.

This place was pretty authentic. I loved the flavors and they has a pretty decent price point. Has a good atmosphere. The chocolate cake was dry and ill flavored.

I am Mexican from Mexico City. I own a Mexican restaurant with food from Mexico City and I love this restaurant! It's food is completely authentic and delicious. Whenever I want Mexican food and want to get away from my restaurant I come to Provecho. Awesome guacamole! Flavorful salsas, good ceviche, etc.

I was a little sceptical about it as my wife and I are very picky. We arrived and we were promptly seated by Cynthia. Cynthia was please t, attentive and helped with our decision of drinks and food. Cynthia was great. Our fajitas were phenomenal. Plenty of options. If you like long Island ice tea then I highly recommend the ixchen drink but keep it stirred up. In summary : good food, good service and good drinks.

Visited for lunch. The food was good tasting, fresh and the service was on point. Margarita needs some work otherwise everything pleasing. Yum.

We’ve traveled extensively in Mexico and this is authentic interior Mexican cuisine. The few bad reviews we’ve seen must think good Mexican food is Taco Bell! The mole was made from scratch from 21 different ingredients. We haven’t had mole this good since we were last in Oaxaca. All of our plates had lovely presentation and were delicious. The serving sizes reflect the price, you get what you’ve paid for. We were full and had left overs. The service was excellent and the ambiance is causal and comfortable. We highly recommend and no doubt will go back. We are sorry we hadn’t discovered this place sooner- it’s the real deal if you want authentic interior and costal Mexican cuisine.

My new favorite! Unique, authentic Mexican food at an affordable price. Clean, open restaurant that's family friendly. We received excellent service from Carole, who was very knowledgeable and great with our kids. We feel lucky to have this locally owned restaurant nearby. We'll be back as soon as possible!

I am constantly searching for good and simple Mexican food in Colorado Springs. Provecho is definitely good. So why is my review only 4 stars? Complexity: Their food is good but in their effort to be fancy they over complicate their dishes. Often the beauty of more gourmet Mexican food is the ability to do more with less. They do more with more. Service: I was with a large group, maybe 12 people. They were kind and accommodating to our group which took up almost half of their available seating. Where service failed was in timeliness. We waited about 30 minutes for our drink orders to come but the bar was staffed and only 10 feet away. We also waited a very long time for our food. It became a joke at our table that we would walk next door to Heart of Jerusalem, eat some falafel, drink a soda and then come back. Ultimately the food was quite good. My entire table enjoyed all of their entrees and appetizers. The space is small and nicely appointed and the prices were a bit high compared to other Mexican restaurants in town BUT the quality of the food clearly justifies it.
