The Urban Egg never ceases to deliver amazing food and a pleasant experience. The service is quick. My mom has some dietary restrictions that make it challenging to find food that is beautiful and enjoyable…we found it here for breakfast today. They go above and beyond and the food is well worth the price. My dad said the corn beef hash is the best in town. Haley our server was so sweet and attentive. You can really tell the chefs care about the food they prepare and deliver to the table.
Urban Egg is one of my favorite places to eat in daily life, but I can’t explain how amazing they were for catering our brunch wedding! We got breakfast tacos and biscuits and gravy for all of our guests (with coffee) as well as fruit for during our cocktail hour. Everyone could not stop raving about how delicious it was and how they are officially on the brunch wedding bandwagon! The service was second to none (as always - their staff is simply the best) and Sandy and team were able to get our whole plan ready on just two months notice without any questions or issue. The staff that worked our wedding were perfect (shoutout Kara and Jen) and made sure the setup was beautiful and the brunch went smoothly. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant and staff. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Urban Egg team!

Great local breakfast/brunch spot with several locations around town. Counter, booth, table and patio seating options whether flying solo or with groups small to medium. They have a ton of choices but my goto is the corned beef hash which had a jalapeno chutney that has a bit of heat with great flavor. The fact that i can substitute an amazing biscuit and they have Boulder Breakfast loose leaf tea makes this one of my favorite breakfast haunts.
Really nothing bad to say. This is the best of the Urban Eggs and probably the best looking, too. With delicious, fast food and great servers, there are very few places that can offer such a great start to your day. This is a must-visit daytime eatery if you’re in the area or newly living in Colorado Springs.
Just be sure to get on the list ahead of time—you WILL be waiting otherwise. Even if you find yourself collecting free smells while your name moves to the top of the list, you’ll find it’s worth the wait.

Bit of a wait here, but boy, was it worth it. We sat outside in a well spaced patio area, and our waitress was on point with coffee and water. I had the chicken and waffle eggs benedict. The waffle was soaked in chili maple bacon butter and bacon jam. The Hollandaise sauce was homemade, not from a can. All I can say is that it was incredible. The wife went with the lighter side and had their Buddha bowl. It came with a tasty tahini dressing (again, made in-house) and was packed with goodies. The highlights of which she stated were the golden raisins, walnuts, avocado, and dried cranberries. Even their hot sauce selection was awesome. They had a collection from Horsetooth Hot Sauce up in Ft. Collins, which means they support Colorado companies! The best thing of all: their service! Our waitress, Rachel, was super friendly and timely. Plus, she knew the menu and the details behind it. You could tell she really loves her job and genuinely wanted to be helpful. We were checked on by two other staff members to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our experience. We definitely did! This will be a new regular spot for us. So many other amazing options i need to try on the menu! We have to go back!!!

I really enjoyed the patio and the service here was fantastic. There was a bit of a line but you can join the wait list online and skip straight ahead.
The rocky mountain corned beef hash is always delicious and the jalapeno jam thats served with it really stes this dish apart. Also enjoyed the carnitas bowl!
This is a frequent must!! First time having the breakfast quinoa. Absolutely delicious!! The service is amazing! Kara has taken care of us several times and always very pleasant. Thank you Kara for always taking such great care of us!!
Had brunch here yesterday with some friends. Our server Jennifer was so fun and kind! I had the drink special, a pumpkin pie White Russian, and it was delicious!
Large portions, yummy food! Kinda pricey but I’m told everything in The Springs is. Our server, Sam, was fantastic. Highly recommend the 3 egg scramble bowl - I chose spinach and chicken sausage, and it was delicious!
We're from out of town, we just had a wonderful breakfast here. Everything exceeded our expectations! Our server, Jennifer, explained all the food items in great detail and gave amazing service! Thanks!
