Wife has been here several times and has raved about the food and desserts. My first time here.
We both got the Berry Salad (added chicken), drinks, and it came with bread... all together ~$38. The salads were delicious and the ingredients were fresh. Very impressed with the quality and size of the strawberries and blueberries, portion size was filling. I wish the bread we got wasn't toasted, but that's on me and I'll inquire next time to see if it's possible... I feel like it could use it and some butter to compliment the meal.
They were sold out of the rosemary bread I wanted to try, but that just gives me an excuse to come back.
My only minor complaint was that the employee on the register that helped us didn't seem all too thrilled to be there. No smile or anything... not rude at all, but just something we took note of.
Cleanliness was great as well. We will be back!
If Panera is overpriced hospital food, Kneaders is a five star hospital. The bread was a little harder than I would’ve liked but otherwise the soup tastes fresh like grandma used to make, the sandwiches have just enough flavor but without being overpowering and if you have a sweet tooth this is heaven. It’s expensive for soups and salads but it’s so good it’s worth every penny and you can taste the quality of ingredients. I also really like the atmosphere with the cozy fireplace and friendly staff. Didn’t feel like anyone was reaching for tips, just like the genuinely enjoyed their jobs, will be back, didn’t give chain vibes at all.
If I could do 4.5 stars I would. Their breakfast croissant sandwiches are good. I also love their bread. The service and atmosphere are great! The coffee is so-so and my fruit "tart" had fresh fruit, but the filling was not a custard. It was just a pastry full of whipped cream. It was still yummy, just not what I was expecting.
Went Here Tonight to play chess, and the atmosphere was great! It Was open for a while so we were able to stay and enjoy our time. the desserts looked delicious, so I got the oreo cheese cake and broccoli soup. the cheese cake didn't taste like cheese cake, it was better, and the soup was so warm and thick. My family member got a sandwhich, cheese cake, a type of Fruit platter, and broccoli soup. His sandwhich was ginormous, and delicious, and his desserts were awesome. The price also wasn't terrible for what we got, it only costed around 35$.
I also recommend Coming for breakfast, there French toast and condiments, are so good! Along with the bacon, egg, and cheese crosaint sandwhich.
Overall great experience, definitely come here!
Yummy, yummy bakery and cafe! Totally adorable! Lots of yummy treats, including cookies, delicious brownies, breads, bread pudding, etc. They also have soups, sandwiches, smoothies, chai, and other menu items I can't remember. Staff is always friendly, working hard, and keeping the place clean! After 8 pm on Saturday night, their treats are 1\2 off bc they are closed on Sunday.
Our French toast was delicious and the bacon was crisp, just like I like it. The staff was very friendly, efficient and quick in getting the food to the table. I would definitely recommend them for breakfast.
First time here and enjoyed our experience. Great food and service. I had the the sourdough pancakes and they were fluffy and tasty. My daughter had the french toast which she said was very good. The portions were generous. Also, the pancakes and french toast were all you can eat until 11:00. I enjoyed the relaxed friendly atmosphere. Will definately be back!
Went for the first time after dying my friends' hair while watching British Bakeoff and had a hankering. The woman at the counter (can't remember her name) gave awesome recommendations, was really friendly, and seemed to genuinely like being there and helping. Had to tip her nicely because it was just too great a first impression. Will be going every paycheck for sure! The German Chocolate Brownie is a must!
Had 8 teeth pulled and needed soup! Hands down the best broccoli cheddar soup in the springs! Hubby had the Turkey sandwich and loved it! Wish there was a location on the south end!!
What a chill little place. Good is fresh and tasty. I love the mini raspberry tarts, though are my fav. The bread bowl soup was super soothing and the salads are mega-fresh!
