My daughter's a manager here, so I'm partial - but for good reason. This location of the chain is a top of the line Chili's and a terrific, clean, and happy restaurant. Humongous menu of elevated bar food with large portions and great beverages. The staff could not be nicer, and their GM personally saw to our table. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Really glad I started a weekly of coming here at least once a week. Today's meal the 6oz Sirloin cooked to a perfect medium, with broccoli and subbed roasted street corn for the mashed potatoes was one of the best things I've ate in a while. Ill probably never order anything different again. This place has good vibes and great food. I always sit at the bar, the bartenders are always friendly and efficient. Thank you Chili's. Keep up the good work. 👍
Service was amazing, our server was on the last day of training and she was so nice. We were not very impressed with the menu, no fish dishes at all, a few salads, burgers and steak. Nice appetizers, but some you have to order two. The ladies bathroom was a mess, more often check ups is needed . Menus were greasy and needed wiping and disinfecting. I asked the guy who was training her for mustard and I never got it.
It was my first time there and the experience was phenomenal. The service was quick, the waitress was bubbly, kind, and was eager to help guide us, and the food was fresh and absolutely amazing!
The pros - they serve a free meal for veterans today, a nice atmosphere. The cons - it was extremely busy and our food came out cold! Service was ehhh, but they were running back and forth, trying to take care of everyone. I still give five stars because I think this was just a fluke- anyplace that has a free meal for us veterans is probably very busy today.
We had the best waiter he was very attentive. Our food was great cooked to order. And the drinks even better just as our waiter recommended.
Bbq burger was good but not great since meat was dry. Chips were a little oily and soggy. The best part was service and guacamole those were excellent.

Excellent customer service and delicious takeout lunch! This is my first visit to Colorado Springs and this Chili's location. After arriving at my hotel, I immediately spotted Chili's across the street and knew exactly where I would be heading for lunch. Due to my continued concern with Covid 19, I rarely, if ever, dine in. Takeout is now my preferred dining option. As I have experienced with every Chili's location visited, each is very efficient and proficient providing takeout. Fortunately, I had another pleasant takeout experience today. The servers and staff very friendly and welcoming. My order was taken quickly and prepared correctly. One of my new addictions and obsessions is the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers! Naturally, I ordered them again today. Delicious!! Always prepared perfectly. Two sides are served with the Crispers, I had fries and side salad. Excellent lunch! The building and parking area was clean and well maintained. The dining room and takeout area immaculate. I was totally impressed with this Chili's location and very happy with my excellent lunch!
Great selection of food at reasonable rates, lots of people inside and a good server too. Always consistent, have been going here for years and will continue too. Spent $80 for 3 people before tip.
just wanted to shout out Amy in the to-go portion of the store. helped me out a lot with some issues i had this evening! quick response time & excellent service. you can tell she cares about providing a positive experience to guests.
