Chipotle Mexican Grill

I purchased a double steak salad bowl online and picked it up. It was horrible. It was maybe 1tablespoon of steak when I ordered double steak. It was not worth my money. I didn’t find out until I got home and opened the bowl to eat. I couldn’t call to complain because they were closed after I noticed I was ripped off. I either want my money back or make a double steak as I requested initially!

FEB 13, 2022 - MY LUCKY DAY AT THIS CHIPOTLE yes! I was able to move from 1 star to 5 today. Fresh food, good portion to satisfy a hard working man, priced below $10. MOST OF ALL a team of young men who don’t look all stressed out, who are courteous to us and not getting irritated to help out customers with their “little more” here and “little less” there. For senior citizens (certified by SSA) this Chipotle is THE BEST place to get nutritious meals at reasonable prices. My sincere appreciation to the team at work today. 🌷🙏🌷👍🌷 MY CHICKEN BOWL NEEDS HELP Two months earlier i so enthusiastically shared my good review with the world. Today 1/12/21 I wish to call the attention of the management to the sad state of the grilled chicken setved. I got mine looking like craps of meat—dry, charred, tasteless and chopped in minuscule pieces. I sound this alarm to safeguard one of my favorite eatery in the Serramonte area where I can find fresh, nutritious, good tasting and reasonable price. Please, dear manager, keep a good QC on your meat. HEALTHY, TASTY & SOOO INEXPENSIVE 👍 With freshly grilled chicken, brown rice, black beans, vegetables, corn, sour cream, lettuce and salsa, this is a perfect meal for me. I feel so fortunate to have this Chipotle in my area. For only $7.50 i do enjoy the food made with fresh ingredients. What a relief and blessing to have you guys during this Covid time. THANK YOU to all of you who had to hear us yell our order behind our mask. 🌷🙏🌷

Unfortunately every time I stop by This chipotle the food is less and less. Less rice, less beans, less meat, less avocado, what they don’t hesitate is on lettuce, like we are rabbits, and the money they charge. Hope they do something. Change the attendance girl that is more focus on herself than the costumer service. If You ask for little more they immediately trying to charge extra. Very stupid attitude.

I understand inflation nowadays but good lord, don't be selfish with your portions. Chicken bowl with rice that barely covers the bottom. Ridiculous! Two tablespoons of rice along with tablespoon size serving of everything else and the staff was in shock I had to ask for more rice. Very sad. Sorry Colma Chipotle, you need to do better.

It was so nasty here I had to walk out. Nasty food spilled all over serving area. Looked towards cooking area nasty food all over. Disgusting. Management needs to overhaul this place or food poisoning will close this place down. Called manager on duty just now. Exact words "It's not that messy." New business slogan Chipotle?!

I order here once a week on my day off. Its always a hit or miss. Today its such a miss that I had to write a review. The steak is SO SPICY. My kids wont eat their food. The veggies are hard as a rock. Super sloppy presentation. Bag has food all over. Its a mess. Pretty insane I just paid 65$ for this.
