Mario Orbeta

Take advantage of their Happy Hour. We ordered their tempura and gyoza to accompany our order of House ramen. It's a small place but, we didn't really have to wait for our table. Service is excellent despite there only being one server for the entire restaurant. At no point did we feel like she forgot about us or that it took a long to get our food. Would I go back? Without hesitation!

This was my first time having ramen and we couldn't have picked a better place. Staff is knowledgeable and patient. The ramen was great. We will be back for sure!

Got the vegetarian ramen (tried both Soy-milk base and the miso base. I personally prefer soy-milk base because it was a little more creamier than the miso). Great food! I also tried the edamame and the potato croquette. Both taste good but the amount of both these items were less. Overall - I was happy to eat ramen from here. 8/10.

The place is small, so the waiting time for a seat is taking sometime. The spicy black garlic ramen and spicy deluxe ramen are good. It's quite pricey for 3 items I paid $50.00 before tips. When you check in from Yelp, you will get Thai tea for free.

Wakame salad was refreshing, and the spicy black garlic ramen was pretty good. The heat level was just enough to warm the throat and was not overwhelming. Bonus points for the thick and tender kakuni slices. I would say the ramen in San Mateo is better, but this place holds its own, especially in an area where there aren't a lot of ramen places around.

Savory broth, generous protein portions and heaps of fresh vegetables top a delicious bowl of ramen here. Service is not fast but worth the wait. Gyoza and calamari legs appetizers on the next table were tempting for next time too. The place is small so come early or else be prepared to leave name and number to be paged. I have seen this place open some years ago and finally tried it today for the first time. I plan to return because this first visit was so satisfying.

It's got a nice izakaya vibe and the food is actually really tasty. Their ramen was probably one of the better ones I've had outside SF proper. Their fried squid tentacles are also nicely breaded- nice crisp without overcooking the squid
