Burger King

Let me preface this by saying that I went to this BK daily at lunch because it was the only “Vegan Friendly” cheap lunch in the area, the staff there were nice, they took time to learn my order, honestly can’t complain. However the late shift staff have always been slow and bad. I maybe had one order that was right in the 5-6 times i ordered there. Today i went there at 7PM its packed, im normally a pretty understanding person about that, my old job would be packed for hours and i try to be respectful. However I got up to the window and was promptly turned away at 7PM. Ive never complained about the late staff because i try to be understanding and typically its partially due to my low talking voice that im sure is hard to hear over the headset. But ive never turned away customers. Thats not how you treat people who have been sitting in line for 30 minutes waiting. If you are understaffed just ask if we mind waiting. Dont sit there and tell us “We aren't taking any more orders” after I've sat here for 30 minutes. No reasoning, no apology for the inconvenience just “We arent taking any more orders at the moment” they took the car ahead of me, denied me. It just looks unprofessional. Props to the lunchtime staff ive almost never had any issues with them and i do appreciate that, id be giving a 5 star if they were the only people I interacted with.

I went to this BK for the 2 for $5 croissants and the worker gave my order (2 dbl sausage croissants) to the car in front of me, no worries, so I tried to tell her this and she insists she didn't and my order was correct... well It wasn't my order, it was 2 reg. bacon croissants, which had ONE small pc of bacon on it... I told her that and asked if they could please give me what I had ordered and I didn't mind to wait... she then snatches the bag from me and brings the manager over to talk to me like I was lying??? so the manager says "is there a problem ma'am?" and I explain I received the wrong order by mistake and just want my order and she looks in the bag and says "No this is right have a good day." and shut the window..... LOL

If you’re looking for service, go somewhere else. Very rude and disrespectful females up front. Would not even turn around and acknowledge that we were even standing there waiting. Waited about 5 minutes as they played with their phones. I finally spoke up and they just laughed like it was a joke and funny to ignore customers. We left. I will be on the phone with their corporate office

Twice, I've eaten here. Twice I got sick and my friend got sick. Both times order messed up with a long wait time. Before the pandemic, this was one of the best BKs in the area. It's staff, training and management that is letting it down. I rather it be closed than open with poor product. This BK is on my list to avoid for the near future. Consider my warning and comments.
