Bogie's Delicatessen

Quaint little joint with a comfortable vibe. Mostly clean, but some parts of the dining area could have used some attention. (I'll chalk that one up to being shortstaffed). The steak philly was phenomenal. Prices are fair given the quality, but if you're more of a portion size person this may not be your spot. It (chicken and sausage gumbo) did have a nice spice to it, but something was missing. I've also had the specialty chicken sandwich (not sure how to spell it but it's on the board behind the register), and that was also phenomenal. I have not tried a wrap or salad, but I would be happy to give it a shot. The food comes out quick. The staff was nice enough, but I wouldn't call it amazing service. 4/5 stars.

Good quality sandwiches! Been multiple times and has been consistently good. Nice staff that was attentive. Restaurant is medium size and looks to be able to accommodate plenty for lunch or dinner rush. The men’s bathroom was well kept and stocked with soap/paper towels, seems like a give me but crazy how many places miss this one especially being a restaurant. Overall one of the best sandwich/bogie places in Collierville.

The staff are rude, no empathy for customer.I told the manager and she did not apologize. They barely covered half of my sandwich with the tuna and I told the girl to fix. It took 10 minutes bringing me back half the size on two small pieces of bread . Their attitudes were unprofessional unconcerned not customer service-oriented. They only cared about themselves and yet I'm paying them money to buy sandwich in to fix it properly. After speaking with the manager and no apology I asked for my money back as well as my dad because he was furious with their rudeness . The manager did not know how to reimburse my money she had to get a clerk to assist her. That showed me right there and then not even management knows what they're doing and not knowledgeable . I would hate to run a business like that and get rate my clients as poorly as they did . I am very disappointed in Bogies and it's a shame because it used to be my favorite place and things just don't last they go downhill. As far as food goes it's not that great ... down the road there's Firehouse sub, Jason's Deli and Lenny's and all three of them are better than Bogey's , so I would not rate the food that great, only average..

Personal service and great lunch fare! We drop in often for lunch but also order staff lunches for 7+; sometimes on short notice.. they always impress with fresh sandwiches, soups and salads. I love that they carry Boar's Head meats and my most favorite one is in the line-up, Londonport Roast Beef! They think of the small things, like cups, ice, and the usual suspects like silverware, but I got sliced drink lemons, a variety of sweeteners and the soups wrapped in plastic wrap so they didn't leak; and they carried it to my car, across the parking lot in the rain. Repeat customer here.
