Food/drinks were okay. Service was very disappointing. Prior to arriving, we were told that the restaurant doesn't take reservations. When, we got there, we were initially told that we had a 20-minute wait. After 30 minutes, I went and asked the hostess for an update on a table. She told us that it could be another 20-30 minutes because they had a new waitress that was in training causing service to slow down. Not a great idea on the manager's part considering it was (Taco Tuesday) a very busy night. Once we were seated, a waitress immediately came to take our order. A little strange, considering that we didnt get a chance to look at the menu. However, we asked the waitress for more time and placed our order. The food and drinks came out within a reasonable time and was okay. What was frustrating to see was that we waited for a whole 30 minutes in order to get an employee's attention after we finished our meal. During that time I watched our waitress become the bartender for the restaurant. This tells me the restaurant was not ready for a busy night. I then pulled aside a bus boy in order to ask for a desert menu. Another 20 minutes went by with nothing happening. I got frustrated and decided to ask the manager, who was walking by, for a check. To my surprise, there was an 18% gratuity added on to the bill, FOR A PARTY OF TWO. I understand for an additional gratuity for a party of 6 or more, but this is ridiculous. I hope the owner of the restaurant sees this and makes changes asap. I have a feeling that other customers will be upset as well. Another customer, stated that the restaurant charged more than what they signed for on the receipt. I will be closely monitoring my bank to make sure that does not happen.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! If I could give zero stars I would. Our waitress seemed so bored to be working there and rushed us to order and rushed us to leave after we finished eating. Food was bland and boring, enchiladas were cold. The bus boys are walking around constantly to pick up empty plates it’s uncomfortable! I paid with cash and did not get my change back when GRATUITY IS INCLUDED! Definitely DID NOT DESERVE 18%! Don’t waste your time and money here.

Bad spot. Read all bad reviews, these are the ones to review about this place. Also, they charge 18% gratuity for four people... weird. Food is not good. The Patron bottles are reused. Gross. How does a place really clean them??? Especially with the COVID-19 going on. Another big issue, make SURE YOU GET A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT AND CHECK YOUR BANK/CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. They charged more than the check on top of including the gratuity.

Read this before you go. I went with my friend on a Wednesday evening and upon arrival we are shocked that the place was empty(As you can see in the picture).There was only 1 table occupied and of course they sat us next to them(during a global pandemic). We were never greeted by our host or got served any water. After 10 min a server comes to our table with food we didn’t order and after seeing our face he realized he got the wrong table. He left the chips and salsa and left. I was facing the restaurant and I was able to see about 7 employees just hanging out and talking to each other, they basically pretended we werent there. After waiting for over 20 minutes My friend and I decided to leave. I will never return to this location. Attention Management please train your employees to serve customer how they are supposed to instead of ignoring them.
