Last time I ordered from here, they didn't get none of the 3 items I ordered right. This time I went, everything was perfect. They changed the management and it's turned out pretty good. If they disappointed you before, I urge you to give them another chance, they've finally got it together and doing their jobs really well. Good food fast n hot. Well done, no complaints 5 stars

The delivery time was fast,the food was still hot, the food was very delicious & the driver was extremely polite. It has been awhile since we have had pizza hut as we moved to Ohio from Illinois. Very satisfied & will be ordering more often.
I ordered a Large Meat Lover's Pizza and 2 orders of Cinnamon Stixs, at least I thought I did. But when I got there I only had 1 order of Cinnamon Stixs. When I got there everyone was polite, nice and attentive. It was a real pleasant experience. Too bad the Pizza and Cinnamon Stixs was not cooked 100% all the way through. It was doughy and needed probably pushed back in halfway. But it was okay though.
my pizza is always on point. and they two guys are always nice. i went friday and monday. only issue is they wont give me the survey receipt they give me the other ones i want my coupon from the survey lol
The pizza was ready and piping hot when I arrived. I was greeted promptly, paid in store and was headed out the door in less than 5 mins. The pizza was prepared exactly how I ordered it, and tasted great!
I enjoy pizza hut wings but sometime the wings be cooked to long when you warm them up they is hard to eat other than that I still buy their wings sometime they are just right it is according to who cook them
I went into this pizza hut today for lunch and was completely blown away. Before I ordered I saw so many bad reviews on service and food that I was almost expecting to be disappointed. Some of the reviews are correct over work and under paid associate's. But the food and service was GREAT. The manager was working very hard and the other team member worked very fast to get the orders out. You can tell they were tired and I appreciate hard workers in the food and customer service field.
