Food was good, service was great. We ate inside and our biggest complaint were the sticky floors. Anyone who walked thru the dining room was having their shoes stick to the floor which made for noisy walking. Not many people were eating in. So, it's not an issue if you use the drive thru.

The service at 15170 Bagley Rd in Middleburg Heights is great! The food is better than most others as well.

Cashier was so kind and helpful, I didn't know that they have a new pumpkin frosty and i aske for a chocolate flavor, she let e know that new flavor and said : I'm giving you a little bit so you can try it. She was awesome, we need to see more good Customer Service, in this years we have been losing the real good Customer service.

Food was typical Wendy's, which was good.
The dining room was clean and neat. A+
It was the service at the counter that could use some work. It took about 5 -7 minutes just to get someone to take the order, and probably 6 people passed by the register and just ignored we were there.
Staff is hard to come by these days, I get it, but just communicate that "someone will be with you in a moment" works wonders in the service industry.
Otherwise the food was good and the fries were HOT! Bonus!

Food was good. An employee at the counter was on a personal phone call when I entered the building. She did enough but could have been more focused on her job. Drive thru was busy but moving steadily during lunch rush. Very pricey meals.

Had an awesome fix to a simple issue, I asked for the number 2. Baconator combo. I paid and didn’t look at the receipt. When I got back to work, I noticed it was a single but I really wanted the double. The manager was happy to replace the single with the double, at no extra charge! Thank you sir! I will return. And I’ll just make sure they know exactly what I want. Kudos to the manager with exceptional customer service skills.

Good management. I stopped at this Wendy’s location around 11pm after a late night at the office. I was the only person in line, placed my order and was told to pull forward to wait for my order. I waited patiently reviewing my emails and after 10 minutes, I noticed the manager walk out to the dining area, look at my car and then go back behind the counter. Shortly after, the kid who took my order apologized for the mix up and asked what I ordered. The manager came out to my car, handed me a refund, apologized and then personally brought my meal out. This was an unexpected gesture by management and I would return again simply to support a store ran by someone who cares for their customers experience.
