Our favorite place! Great for kiddos and large groups. We come every week and the food is always soo good. They are so accommodating with any changes or substitutions ect for my picky eaters.
Fantastic! Pleasant, quiet atmosphere and very kind staff. My vegetable wrap was more generously sized than I was expecting and their sweet potato tots are delicious. I can foresee it being more hectic on the weekends though. Since we came on a Thursday is was peaceful. Definitely stop by if you can!
Beer, waffles and football. It's a sports bar with some outdoor seating. Best part was we got to bring my best friend's dog and they gave him a water bowl. We also got to watch the Saints game outside.
Love the service at heights grill. I ordered the steak and onion flat bread with feta cheese...omg, it was fantastic. I am suggesting this restaurant for friends. Kelly was an awesome server. Thanks for a great experience.
Great food, the stuffed jalapeños with bacon were amazing, very reasonably priced as well. Well be back for sure.
A Wonderful Destination!. We ate at the New Heights Grill for the first time this weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Not only was the food delicious but the service was great. The waitress was both friendly and conscientious and made sure everything was "just right" for us.
We brought our 1-year old son who made a huge mess --as babies do-- and nobody flinched. The employees were very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure his experience was a good as possible. This included refilling his sippy-cup multiple times and keeping us outfitted in crackers before our meals came so he had something to snack on and didn't have the chance to get too antsy.
Beyond good food, the New Heights Grill is a great neighborhood destination run by life long Cleveland Heights residents. We felt like family there and plan many return visits.

Awesome Place!. I really do not believe what this Bruce guy says because that is nothing like the experience I have had there the multiple times I have been there. The servers really care and are willing to help in any way or form. Always big smiles and if they are not sure about something they will always go out of their way to check. I have a food allergy and the server went out of her way to talk to the kitchen staff and make sure that I would be fine for the multiple times I have been there.
The owners have been in the business forever (working at other places in Cleveland Heights) and are passionate about this place. They have people coming from all over just to see them because they have always reached out to these people for years. Kelli is someone I have followed around until she opened this place and I will go no where else now. They really make you feel like family because they just care and love what they do.
The food is great! The tossed tots are to die for and me and my coworkers crave them all the time! They hand bread their own chicken breast so that everything is fresh and you arent getting parts of the chicken that you really dont want like you get with pre-made tenders! They also make the deep fried pickles and mozzarella themselves too! They recently started specials and are switching out the menu to something bigger which I am so excited about cause now there is more for me to try!! Like I said I know all of this because the staff takes pride in what they do and are willing to tell you everything!!
Oh also this place is kid friendly! They have high chairs and booster seats - which is perfect for my 2 year old cause shes too big for a high chair but too small for the regular chair. Since the room is big and open its not awkward to add highchairs to tables and stuff (and really easy to have big parties!) They are working on a kids menu because they have just opened however!
Overall I love this place! Like I said you just feel like family with these people! Thanks New Heights Grill keep up the great work!!

This place reminds me of those restaurants/bars that you would go to after your sporting events in grade school for a good meal. We ordered mostly appetizers to share for our meal.
Here is what we ordered:
Appetizers:
- Reuben balls - these were tasty but kind of strange. They definitely taste the best when paired with the sauce they come with.
- mozzarella moons - these were decent but kind of bland in my opinion
- Cajun calamari - one of the better calamari dishes we have had in Cleveland
- Buffalo chicken dip with pita - excellent because they didn’t try to get fancy with it! My favorite appetizer!
- soft pretzel sticks - these were just ok. They were a little hard in some spots
Soups:
- chicken and dumpling (soup of the day) - so good! This is the kind of dish that we will be coming in for on a winter day!
- potato cheddar soup - this one was just alright. I could see it being a better dip than a soup though
- chili - the chili was a miss in my opinion. It had the consistency of salsa and just wasn’t great in terms of flavor.
Wings:
- 12 Sweet BBQ boneless wings - these were delicious! I will definitely be ordering this flavor again! My husband and stepsons love boneless but I’ll probably be ordering the bone in for myself next time. We are excited to try other flavors too!
- 12 Garlic Parmesan boneless wings - these were really good too in terms of flavor but were a bit dry. I wish they were a bit more saucy.
Side dishes:
Shoe string fries - Yum!!! These were delicious and definitely something I’ll be ordering again. Next time I’ll ask if they have vinegar to go with them.
Waffle fries - my husband and stepsons really enjoyed the waffle fries. They were not my favorite because they had a seasoning on them that was orange in color that I don’t really care for. This is a personal preference thing.
Overall, New Heights Grill was delicious, the staff was kind and the interior was nostalgic with many tvs to watch sports on! We are excited to return!
Why has it taken me so long to write a review? This is the best restaurant and bar in Cleveland. The owner, Kelli is so welcoming and she knows good service. I like to come and eat with my son and we find that we often run into other families and it's a nice vibe.
This place was amazing. Way better than we expected. Modern play on old style dishes. Their daily specials were super creative. Would recommend highly.
This restaurant was a good experience. Although we did wait a bit long to get served at the bar but we won't fret because it was only 2 women working and the world cup was on and busy. The servers were very nice as well. The food was surprisingly so good, not that we expected horrible food but were expecting standard bar fare but I think it exceeded that. The grilled chicken sandwich was delicious, the veggies were fresh, the fries were hot and it food came out in reasonable time. The Avocado may be soaked in some salt solution, not sure but it wasn't so bad, better than brown avocados so I still ate it with my sandwich. We had some prosecco, so we were happy they had sparkling wine at all. It's your standard bar atmosphere, nothing special on atmosphere but I would absolutely come back and try more from the menu. 2 drinks and 2 dishes for 40.98 plus tip is not bad.
My husband had the Shrimp Po'boy and I had the Turkey Club Sandwich and we both had Waffle Fries for our side. It was AMAZING!!!! Good food, good service, and my husband said the atmosphere was great when he went and picked up our food. If you want a great sandwich and hot crispy waffle fries here is the place to go and it won't break the bank. Make sure you ask for your condiments because mayo didn't come on my club sandwich but with or without mayo that sandwich is GREAT!!
September 2021: I went here for a drink and quick bite one weekday night to try them out. I've passed by the bar on several occasions and was curious. Usually, it is super busy. I happened to visit before they closed for the night.
I ordered the "Washington Apple" drink and the hotdog on a pretzel bun with waffle fries.
Pros:
* The bar is really spacious on the inside. A long bar countertop and plenty of tables.
* Plenty of flat screen TVs for viewing sports.
* Nice variety of alcohol and draft beer.
* Service is relatively quick.
* Food was good.
* Food menu had typical bar offerings with a few surprises sprinkled throughout. I considered getting the sweet and sour chicken wrap at one point.
* Free parking close to the bar.
Cons:
* They serve Great Lakes Brewery (which I love), but not Chill Wave IPA.
They have great food super nice waitress. They have your food done in like 5 to 10 mins and there food is like hevan. And the best part was the pretzel
They have the best boneless wings! Great spot and definitely gets busy.
This was a very nice place to visit. Different food to choose from and try. I would go there again. The pork Mac and cheese was good. Something different. You should give them a try.
The food was great at an affordable price. The staff was a little pushy but all in all a great little spot.
