I'm a big fan of the Wendy's brand restaurants, This newly remolded facility shines as a great example of a well managed establishment.
I ordered in person dinning in today. My hamburger combo was made promptly hot and fresh. The service was Processional and friendly.
I randomly asked a worker, "Who did the cleaning" his reply "We all do!"
When cleanliness is evident in the places we see, it shows that procedures are followed, and I have good reason to believe that the same will followed when my food is being made in the places we can't see!

Never ask them if all ur stuff is in the bag they will say Yes not knowing if it is or not they take a guess then wanna be made when u let them know but if Imma spend almost 60$ on food for my family I would like my whole order.... They did give me a extra fry N my initial chili...

Don't like the fact I had made a mobile order, they made me come in. If I wanted to do that I could have and then just upload my receipt to the app to receive my points. So it defeats the purpose of convenience.

Staff were upbeat, kind, friendly and took the time to make sure my meal was made to my dietary restrictions. Management lead by example and greater me with a smile and kind welcome.
