I got the super sampler of fish. Pretty good. Good slaw and fries too. The shrimp was especially good but small. I think it was a little expensive but most of the menu seemed like a good value. Overall, I liked it, didn't quite love it, but maybe I didn't order the right thing.
This is a great little neighborhood gem. The food is excellent! Everything I've had from there so far has been really good: Doc's Moby Dick; Sonya's whole fried chicken wings; Danni's fresh cut fries. All very good!
It's mainly open during breakfast and lunch hours. Most of the people that I know who go there, primarily order out.
I recently decided to order in fur a change. And, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is the decor of the restaurant really needs to be updated. But, none of that has diminished the quality of the food! Excellent, excellent, excellent!

Hamburgers are amazing and all the dinners are mouth watering. My favorite is the smothered thick pork chops with mash potatoes and two sides.
Had the catfish dinner with corn casserole and skillet spinach with the hush puppies. Food was served hot and fresh and very tasty! The spinach was the best part of my meal. I've heard all the food here is good though so I definitely need to come back and try the ribs.
Great caring hosts of Funny First Fridays! Buffet all you can eat and drink made for a pleasant outing in snowstorm. Parking lot got overcrowded with overflow cabaret though promptly attended to pausing show.
Great place to come to - especially if your on CCF main campus. I have been coming since they opened. Exceptional quality and value! I recommend their snack pack or Moby Dick fish sandwich. The owner is very engaging and staff does an outstanding job!

I grew up in the South and this fried catfish was good in comparison but not mind-blowing. The catfish dinner was a great value and came with 3 fillets, coleslaw, hush puppies, and a whole mountain of fries. Food - 3. Value - 5.
this eatery is at the bottom end of my street but the food is from above the top shelf of shelves!¡! If you love to absolutely certainly enjoy what you go out to eat then this is a place for you!
I have thoroughly enjoyed every meal I've got from them and I dare bet you will likewise!

The prices were very good. The serving sizes were excellent. The food was above average. The only problem we had was that the staff was slightly forgetful.
Great atmosphere. Friendly service. Outstanding food. The catfish was some of the best I've ever had and the beans were fantastic.
